Awesome break amazing surroundings

Had an excellent stay at this resort. Beautiful setting. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room stocked with water. Excellent breakfast. Late night cinema. Convenient location. And a whole lot more.

It was amazing stay, we loved the resort, views as never seen anywhere before. Staff is great, service overall is very good. We loved the outdoor cinema, they even provided popcorn. Breakfast was great. The only minor thing - a bit more clarity on room types (ie what you book and what you get) would be helpful. Overall we loved it and definitely planning to come back.

This is a beautiful property set into an amazing landscape. The staff are very helpful and everything was spotlessly clean. I think that the furnishing etc are looking a little tired and is likely due for a refresh, but its very well maintained.

La ubicación y paisaje están increíbles aunque la alberca muy fría

Il resort nel complesso mi è piaciuto moltissimo. La location è pazzesca e la posizione molto comoda, con il taxi in 10 minuti si arriva alla città vecchia, in 5 al Visitor center per Hegra o all’Elephant Rock; anche rispetto all’aeroporto dista solo mezz’ora. Ho apprezzato molto la cura dei dettagli, soprattutto la reception dal design minimal ed elegante così come il ristorante La Palma. Ottima la colazione: molto curata e varia, parte dolce buonissima, quella salata non l’ho provata ma si vedeva che i prodotti erano freschi e c’erano molte pietanze tipiche del posto. Personale cordiale, in particolare i ragazzi che ti accompagnano con le minicar e gentilissima la ragazza della reception Amsha (sorry, non so esattamente come si scriva) dagli occhi bellissimi. La nostra camera era in una bellissima posizione, con spazio esterno davanti alle rocce di arenaria. Tuttavia, devo dire che, considerato anche il costo elevato, mi aspettavo che fosse più curata nei dettagli e più moderna; in particolare, il bagno che si allagava ogni volta che facevamo la doccia non era proprio il massimo (anzi, anche pericoloso). Per il resto, conservo veramente un bellissimo ricordo di questo posto meraviglioso.

Mi era stato offerto un upgrade a pagamento ed avevo accettato. Alla mia richiesta di conferma dell'upgrade al check-in ... non ne sapevano nulla!
