나이아가라 도보방문 가능 , 주차장 넓고 요금 합리적

장점: 우선, 이곳에 내리면 고소한 냄새가 가득합니다. 처음엔 조식을 만드나? 생각했는데, 바로 옆 시리얼 공장에서 시리얼을 만드는 냄새였습니다. 외출하거나 들어올 때마다 그 고소한 냄새를 저희 일행을 행복하게 만들었습니다. 카운터 직원의 응대도 다정했고 문제 없이 체크인을 마쳤습니다. 입구에 커피 머신과 커피, 차가 있는 점도 좋았습니다. 방은 사진에서 보는 것보다 더 청결했고, 아주 아늑했습니다. 주방에 있는 컵, 그릇, 전자레인지, 세제, 냉장고 등 모든 게 기능적이었고 깨끗하게 관리되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 화장실에는 충분한 타월이 있었고 줄 조절이 가능한 헤어드라이어가 사용하기 편했던 기억이 납니다. 미처 확인을 못 한 탓에 지하에 있는 공용실을 전혀 이용하지 못한 점이 아쉽지만, 다음에 다시 묵게 된다면 그곳에서 친구나 가족들과 함께 술 한잔 하거나 게임을 해도 좋을 것 같습니다. 내부는 굉장히 넓었고 여러 그룹이 모여도 문제 없을 정도로 여러 소파들이 있었습니다. 주차장도 넉넉했고, 나이아가라 폭포나 카지노까지의 거리가 가까워 많이 피곤하지 않다면 걸어서 이동할 수 있을 정도였습니다. 단점: 유일한 단점은, 결제에 관한 점이었습니다. 며칠 후, 카드 결제내역을 확인해보았는데 여러 건의 추가 결제와 환불, 재결제 등의 기록이 남아 있었습니다. 미처 확인하지 못했다면 지나갈 뻔했습니다. 물론 호텔 측과 연락을 하여 문제를 해결했고, 호텔 측에서는 이것이 billing error라고 말했는데 이러한 일이 반복되지 않도록 주의를 기울인다면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 모든 객실에 해당하는 사항은 아니지만, 샤워 부스 하단에 턱이 높지 않은 곳이 있어 샤워를 할 때마다 물이 화장실을 흥건하게 만드는 이슈가 있었습니다. 다른 객실들은 이런 문제가 전혀 없었지만, 이러한 문제가 있는 객실은 손을 본다면 훨씬 좋을 것입니다. 결론: 잠 드는 것에 문제를 겪고 있던 가족 중 한 명은 이곳에서 몹시 질 좋은 숙면을 취했고, 그는 평생 묵었던 호텔 중 가장 좋았던 곳이라며 친구들에게 이곳을 기꺼이 추천했습니다.

부모님 모시고 아이들과 가족여행왔는데 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 방, 거실도 넓고 조리해먹을 수도 있어서 아주 좋아요~!!

The suites are comfortable for four people.

Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful front desk personnel! Spacious, hardwood/floating floors. Liquid soap and lotion dispensers are great amenities, conveniently located next to bathroom sink! Surface parking lot has no cameras or anyone on duty - rate too expensive - I think parking should be included with stay. Kitchen (full-size refrigerator) very accommodating. I'm a germaphobe - few crumbs spotted in microwave & floors didn't seem RECENTLY vacuumed - they weren't filthy. Linen clean and thick! Our room included a small table with 2 chairs, not an island and bar stools (as shown on website)

Had a really great stay here. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. Overall, this was a smooth and enjoyable experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

By far the best “hotel” we have ever rented. This is truly a hidden gem. Highly recommend to anyone, especially families or groups as you will basically have the sapsce if a home for a few dollars more then a hotel room. Worth every penny! Walking distance to Clifton Hill and all other attractions, restaurants etc. 2 blocks away from the WeGo bus. Very safe with loads of security precautions taken so only those who rent can access the place after 7pm. Parking is $20 a day and again cameras all over the building. The “apartment” was very clean and well stocked. ‘The front desk staff had a smile and greeted us every single time we saw them. Cannot recommend this place enough. Definitely will book with them again if we go to Niagara Falls.

Yes parking is good. My husband and I have stayed here a few times and we really like the rooms and they’re usually pretty cheap for what you get. The induction electric stovetop is our only complaint. We can’t bring any of our pots and pans because it doesn’t work with them

Great spot with good parking. Close to Clifton Hill. Stayed for kids event at Greg Frewin. Will be back!

This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. I would stay here again any time and recommend that everyone do. Parin was so helpful and the perfect person to represent the hotel. 10/10!! Super clean. Huge three bedroom room. Full kitchen with dishwasher! Tv in every room. Free parking. Also, I couldn’t hear any other guests even though I knew we had neighbours. Excellent hotel

A very relaxing easy stay, great for families large or small

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spotless and very large. We stayed in a two bedroom. The check in was very quick and the staff were friendly, the only downside was no one explained where the lobby sitting area/kitchen was located, where the laundry facilities were or information about housekeeping. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. I would definitely stay there again though if I went back, it was very centrally located to everything.

Large rooms with kitchen and a great work area. Tremendous location if you go to the Outlet Collection, NOTL (that's Niagara on the Lake--as I've learned) and the casino/waterfall area. This is the only place I'll stay in Niagara Falls.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Only issue was with the mattress not really comfortable. But the property is excellent for a short stay.
