We found the facility well presented and clean , the staff were friendly and approachable when needed

Easy access from Melbourne airport for a nights stay than onto Ballarat the following day.

Staff helpful. Easy breakfast. Good nights sleep on spacious comfortable bed.

We attended a 3 day convention in the area. Mantra is conveniently located just out of town. The bistro means we don’t have to go out looking for somewhere to dine at night

Would not recommend or stay there again. Reception desk unmanned when I arrived had to take myself & luggage into the gaming area to find a team member to check me in. Security checked me in not sure why I had to write my credit card details on the check-in form when the room had been paid for inadvance & the security team member took the $100.00 deposit on my credit card. No room service available & then the same process to check out the sign on the reception counter directed me to the gaming room which was closed. Then had to find another security member to check me out. Would not recommend or stay there again very disappointed.

Easy check in & staff very pleasant and helpful with any queries. Spacious room, great bistro & excellent food . Windows on freeway side of accommodation room’s need to be double glazed to negate traffic road noise’s. So clients can get a good nights sleep..
