Bad smell in the entire basement parking, Major issue in cleanliness. Bad service especially in the restaurant. No food choices

The room has no windows and you can hear the noise from the outside that you can hardly sleep at night.

The room is small and the photo in the site is completely different. Only there sangyup korean resto is ok.

Inside our room we heard vehicle noises from outside the hotel. Poor WiFi connection. Didn’t expect the pool to be small. No exhaust fan inside the restroom

Great location and clean room just weirded out that we booked a room for 4 but free breakfast is only for 2 people.

Price is not worth it. Room is just like Sogo hotel, it does'nt even have a table in the room. We could have just rented a better room at a cheaper or same price. There is no WiFi and the free breakfast is cheap. I asked for a refund because we really are not satisfied with the room but failed. Stay out, get a better hotel.

They are not prepared for the occasion, new year. Breakfast is included but it took more than one hour for the plated breakfast we ordered. we ended up canceling our orders. poor signal.

침대와 베개가 정말 편안해요! 슈페리어룸은 발코니가 없어도 4명이 묵기에 아늑해요. 타가이타이에서 친구들과 하룻밤 묵기에도 좋아요! 직원들도 정말 친절하고 배려심이 많아요.

훌륭한 서비스, 직원들은 매우 친절하고 저는 이곳을 좋아합니다.

They are not that accommodating staff especially in the front desk. They want to chat rather talk to customers.

Great location. Nice view. Pool is great too.
