It was s terrible check-in. I booked for 2 rooms but in the beginning they could not find it until i said i booked for 2 rooms for 5 persons. Check in took too long, the worst part is they ask for service charge and you’ll never know how much they gonna charge you as it didnt mention on the booking, surprise! The hostel ask us to pay originally 160 hongkong dollar but we only pay 130hk dollar as they made a mistake for mentioning the amount. So if you book this hostel expect service charge. The first hostel we stayed in the same building has no service charge.

For that price, I would think I would get hot water in the room.

Very very small room, but good for just sleep. Good it has a small fridge, but it is located below the bed and making the bed very high. Need to jump up to the bed.

Easily the worst front desk personnel I’ve ever dealt with.
