Amazzing location and service

Clean comfortable rooms with spectacular river and city views.

Room was tiny. Needs updating. Aircon looked mouldy.

The room was small & basic, ok for 2 of us. It was clean, great views over the river. It was a short walk to restaurants & ferries. Staff were courteous & helpful

Bed was uncomfortable. Only 1 pillow per person and not comfortable. Don’t hand keys in before you get your car out of garage. Great view and great location. Unit was clean oh and the dial for the fan is behind the bedside table

Super Lage, toller Blick. Die Waschmaschine ging während unseres Aufenthalts kaputt und das Team hat uns sofort angeboten unsere Wäsche zu waschen und sich um eine neue Maschine bemüht. Vielen Dank!

I was charged more than what was advertised, when I tried to resolve the issue Hotels.com told me to talk with management at the hotel and they can’t resolve the issue because it wasn’t booked directly with them. I was charged over $50

A small well-appointed room with an amazing view and everything I needed.

The location is amazing. The hotel room was amazing. We did have some issues with check-in which was a little annoying. The most annoying thing though was the air con. Every 10 minutes the air con would make this really loud noise so it was impossible to sleep.

Loved our stay here! Had everything we needed for a fun family holiday. The location is perfect, lots of options for dinner including the surf club across the road which had a kids play area so we could relax and enjoy dinner. Beach was kid friendly - patrolled and the waves weren’t too big. Kids pool was lots of fun! The spa was genuinely hot. Our Toyota Prado fit easily in the carpark below. Would happily stay here again.
