시설, 관리상태, 조식 모두 별로. 그러나 위치 하나는 환상적이다. 바로 옆에 대형 수퍼마켓이 있고 망고를 살 수 있는 전통시장이 있다. 베이워크 등도 도보 거리에 위치한다.

여느 호텔보다 위치상 않좋았지만 방안에서 와이파이가 좋고 아침식사도 맛있고 9일을 지내면서 불편한거 없이 지냄 대신 수압이 좀 약함

IT was good to stay one night. near Baywalk, nice view.. but you could see ants in the room.

매우 깔끔하고 편안했습니다. 객실 상태도 훌륭합니다. 가격이 상대적으로 비싸긴 하지만 그냥 그정도는 되는거 같습니다.

객실이 넓고 시설도 좋아 객실 내는 만족스럽습니다. 아침식사는 먹을 만 했고, 바다 전망이 좋습니다. 객실층 아래 외부 쇼핑몰을 계단으로 이용하는 재미도 좋았습니다. 중심가에서 해변쪽으로 약간 벗어난 곳에 위치해 있고, 올드마켓(재래시장)이 바로 옆에 있습니다.

전체적으로 나쁘지 않았음 공항 픽업 버스가 기다리고 있는 점과 공항과 재래시장이 가깝고 1층 슈퍼마켓이 있어 접근성이 좋았다 나는 디럭스룸을 사용했지만 일반 객실을 썼다면 많이 후회했을 거 같다(닭장같이 생겨서 건물 내부에 베란다가 있고 베란다가 다 연결되어 있음) 조식 부페는 부페라기엔 좀 부족하고 그냥 한 끼 때울만 함 꽤나 잘 관리 되어 있음에도 필리핀 특성상 바퀴가 가끔 출몰함

우선 공항셔틀 직원의 친절함에 감사한다.금액도 적당하고 깨끗한시설과 위치,인터넷도 나름 편리하게 이용할수 있어서 좋았다.6박하는 동안 불편없이 생활할수 있었고 괜찮은 호텔이라는 느낌을 받았다. 11월 여행에 다시 가고싶은 생각이다.

호텔옆 큰 마트와 재래시장이 있어서 너무 편했어요~ 객실도 깨끗한편이고 스텝도 친절하고.. PPC에서 이 호텔에만 머무르기에는 아쉬운감이 있지만 다른 리조트랑 겸해서 머무르기에는 좋네요~

방이 깨끗하고 묵기에 좋았다. 샤워실이 넓어서 좋았다. 특히 무료로 제공되는 아침식사가 풍부했다. 가격대비 훌륭했다. 다만 방이 건물 중앙에 위치하여 발코니가 없고 호텔 외부를 볼수 없어서 조금 답답했다.

위치는 로컬마켓에 있으나 방에서는 와이파이가 거의안되며 흡연도 할수가없습니다 양쪽이 복도라 항시 커텐을 닫아야해서 조금 답답하기는하나 방상태는 깨끗합니다 1층에 마트가 있는것도 장정입니다

생각보다 깨끗하고 잘 정돈된 호텔이며 재래 시장이 바로 옆에 있어 조용한 휴식보다는 현지인들의 삶을 볼수있는 장점이 있다.

새로 지은 호텔이라 깨끗하고 객실 컨디션 너무 쾌적함. 다만 티비 수신 상태가 너무 안좋고 창밖 발코니가 좀 에러임. 재래시장과 마켓도 옆에 있고, 전반적으로 아주 만족!

I booked this hotel based on its online advertising, which turned out to be very misleading. Several amenities and features shown in the listing were either unavailable or did not exist at all. The STANDARD room we were given did not match the photos or description. Most concerning, the room had no window, something that was never disclosed during booking. Because I am asthmatic, the lack of proper ventilation caused serious health issues, and we were forced to leave three nights early for medical reasons. This was not a matter of preference but of safety. When we informed the staff, there was little understanding or effort to accommodate us. Had the hotel been honest about the room conditions, we would never have booked this stay. The room did not match the photos, and features that were a big reason for my booking were either “out of order” or never existed in the first place. When I raised this with staff, the response was dismissive and unhelpful, as if this was a common complaint they were used to ignoring. I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if the information had been accurate. Transparency matters, and this place seriously lacks it. I do not recommend staying here unless you’re comfortable gambling on whether what’s advertised is actually real. I strongly believe this property misrepresents itself and fails to consider guest well-being. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for anyone with respiratory or health concerns.

Clean rooms, always stocked rooms with towels and bathroom accessories, friendly staff!

Shower and bathroom were a bit of a disaster everytime you showered, images don’t reflect the typical room. Breakfast was good, access to the gym was nice as well.

We had a great stay, hotel is well located in the center, convenient for tour pickups, breakfast is ok, but main concern was that we booked a tour through an agency, and for some reason one of the tour providers had a mishandling situation, that being a third party, they reached to the hotel, and the managing personal of the hotel, gave away our information to the third party. This was very surprising from the hotel reception not to keep our privacy first.

Very nice hotel, staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was in good condition. Within walking distance of SM Mall. Lots of local shops and food outlets.

Good stay. No frills. Good restaurant. Great service!!
