해안가라는 것 외에는 특별하지 않음

Failed to inform the car park was not in use but was still able to park, missed my communication about having a dog and was charged an additional 75 to use a sea view room, since it was late didn’t have the option to book elsewhere, hotel is a little tired but better than some in the area, lift was out of order on check out so had to carry bags down two flights of stairs. Hotel bars were not open as advertised either.

Wonderful location sea front, room clean and comfy.

We love coming to your hotel as it gives us all the things we need. Location is perfect surf shop for our fun. Unfortunately we always seem to have bad experiences with the restaurant it always gets sorted but would be nice if it didn’t happen. On a brighter note the staff are fantastic and always there to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Many thanks. See you soon

It was the first time staying at this hotel. It was a great place overall but what made it an amazing experience was thr hotel staff especially Matthew. Matthew went above and beyond to make our stay amazing he was genuinely kind and had exceptional customer service. Other staff who deserve a mention is Sarah and Anita. Thanks you all we will definitely we coming back.

Stayed here a couple of days ago and unfortunately the evening service was very disappointing. During dinner time, the restaurant seemed reluctant to take additional customers. The bar was left unattended with no staff available, and guests were left queuing for both food and drinks for long periods. Overall, the hotel appeared understaffed and unprepared during one of the busiest times of the evening, and busiest season of the year.

Staff were great, room was big and comfy but issue with the fan not turning off for an hr. Also noisy people

genuinely an amazing hotel for families. my son 3 genuinely thought it was the reason we came to Cornwall, it wasn't but it will be definitely be the reason we come back. All the staff where amazing but ive to call out the receptionist who my son called the bluey lady (she was australian) who went above and beyond with everything

This hotel is in an amazing location right on the beach. Rooms are spacious and clean. The only downside is the temperature control in the room. It was so hot and the rooms were boiling. They provide fans but they don’t really help. This is when it was very windy and cold outside

Indoor heated pool, activities for little kids and indoor soft play area makes it ideal for young families. Walking distance to the beach.

Despite being a dog-friendly hotel, it was clean. There were also no hairs whatsoever under rhe bedsheets on arrival. There was some wear and tear, such as a broken bedside table drawer which had been glued together poorly, some wear and tear in the bathroom, on wardrobes. The view over the sea was lovely, and the room was enormous (2 bunk beds and a king bed - sleep 6 room, we went as a couple with 2 young children). The room was quite quiet, it was warm. The hotel was very childfriendly for younger children, with multiple kids movies showing at the little cinema (we did not go as we have our own home projector setup and had seen all the movies showing), the pool looked nice, and there was a soft play area, plus some free games and paid pool table (£1/play). The breakfast food was okay, the vegan burger at the restaurant was nice. There's a lovely ice-cream shop not far - called Freddo's - it's a short 5 min drive/ 20 min walk on a nice weather day, with a very pleasant staff and delicious cornish ice creams. ChatGPT reccomended we go there and it didn't disappoint, and I make my own ice cream at home. I'd happily stay at this hotel again, despite not owning a dog, nor wanting to, so don't be put off by dogs, because Newquay in general is extremely dog-friendly anyway and you'll see loads everywhere.
