Nous avons apprécié la chambre et salle de bain spacieuse, la propreté, les services proposés mais avant tout l'accueil chaleureux et les sourires du personnel. Le personnel a toujours été soucieux de notre bien être. Merci infiniment à eux d'avoir fait en sorte qu'on ai pu passer un merveilleux moment !!

Un coup de cœur particulier pour : - La chambre d'une propreté impeccable - La cuisine variée et raffinée - Le cadre paradisiaque et les installations de qualité Une mention spéciale pour JC, qui a été aux petits soins avec nous - son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse ont fait toute la différence !

Mycket fräscht och fint boende med en miljö som var både lyxig och samtligt välkomnade. Servicen var helt fantastisk oavsett vem man var i kontakt med. Kan verkligen varmt rekommendera detta hotell!

Amazing hotel with great location. Two beaches nearby, nice pool areas, and very friendly staff. Short walk to other parts of the island. The food is good, but not amazing and therefore quite overpriced. It's also a long waiting time to be served at the main restaurant. The staff is friendly, however sometimes seem a bit distant and not observant, but all in all, the service is very good. We went in beginning-middle of March, and the island is just starting to open, so the activities are a bit limited, especially if you go to Long beach (opposite side of the island from the hotel). The weather was also more rough on the other side, but on the hotel-side it was amazing. So, if you are going during the shoulder season, this hotel seems to be perfect!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Got complimentary return ferry to the resort.

Amazing brand new hotel by Marriott, located in a next to Coral Bay but with it's own exclusive access and Jetty. Being here feels like being in a little paradise bubble far from everything. The hotel has its own ferry service which runs to and from

We had an incredible 4d3n stay here. The staff made it unforgettable. So kind, so courteous, always going above and beyond. Massive shout-out to Lina, who became our best friend and thoroughly looked out for us! We cannot wait to return.

We had the best vacation?

The service was terrible. Not because the staff was not friendly (in contrary, every single one of them was superfriendly!) but there was simply not enough service staff for the entire hotel. This has led to countless frustrated moments, starting from check-in, continued with room cleaning, waiting for hours for a restaurant bill, … , until the very moment of unorganized leaving where we nearly missed our boat. What a pity!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel , gentillesse du personnels , vue Magnifique, chambre et restauration super. Je vous conseille le soir ou le midi d’aller de l’autre coté de l’île accessible à pied environ 10 minutes de marche.

Terrible! El peor servicio que he visto en toda mi vida. Tardan 4h en hacer todo, y a desgana absoluta.
