予約後に解ったが、アパートタイプ？のホテル？相当旅慣れてるなら大丈夫だが、普通の旅行者なら、よく考えた方がいい。チェックインの面倒な事、洗濯機から水漏れなど、トラブルが多い！場所的にも期待外れだったかな… 次回はないなぁ

I have stayed 6 night and i had no issue . Location, cleaning, communication all are perfect.

Was really good. Ali was great help he is always happy to help with any questions you have.

للأسف عند قدومي لهذا الفندق بعد رحلة متعبه وشاقه تلقيت اسوء استقبال في حياتي مع ان الفندق جميل وفِي منطقة جميلة

The place is close to Chang Kat bar and entertainment area, but a bit difficult to find as RH is not stated. Check-In instructions came by whatsapp, very helpful. They did not mention the breakfast restaurant at the lobby level. it was very good for the 21 MYR they are charging. We will return.

Pillow sheet, bed sheet, nothing good there. Stinky in the room, I dont wanna stay there again, NEVER

Clean and spacious in the heart of food and drink area.

You do self check-in here, which is pretty easy. You communicate through chat. The apartment was perfect except for a few tiny cockroaches that quickly hide when you approach.

It's at a very good location, very happening area, where local food, fusion food, cafe, bar etc are all in few minutes(closest cafe) walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

My first stay and the rooms a studio apartment was great, spacious and comfortable, the location is great for the Bukit Bintang area. The self check-in is really simple and easy. I will stay again.

The Suite was clean and just comfy as the room is a studio suite. Overall my stay was great!

Amazing no regrets at all

Some notes on staying here: Make sure u contact the admin before you arrive. Keys need to be organised and left out for you. They say there's no reception desk but it's in the same building as the Invito Hotel so there is at least their staff there most of the time if u need to sit somewhere and wait. (Grab car is cheaper than metred cabs n have a fixed price compared to uber btw. Just download their app). Room balcony doors generally don't lock so do ask for a room which locks if ur concerned. The admin/maintenance staff are very responsive n helpful. I did note some termites in my room but I understand they are fixing that! There's a nice pool, basic gym n shared laundry on level 9. Most rooms have washer/dryers but in case your machine is a bit slow to dry the shared facility is decent. The room is clean and neat. The bed is exceptionally short though. I'm only 5ft5in n my feet just cleared the bottom of the bed. I'd hate to think how anyone taller would manage. Bed was comfy though and bathroom clean and neat. Location is good and if you want a cheap transfer from the airport go downstairs to the bus depot n get a bus to bukit bintang, tell them ur going to invito and u should be able to get a direct transfer to ur door via bus and then minivan (depending on availability) for only 18 MYR! Much cheaper than uber, klia express train or metred cab...

I had an amazing stay! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from all the best shopping malls in town. The space is as described, clean and spacious. The host has been very helpful and answer all my questions immediately, thank you for the amazing stay!
