We were placed on the 4th floor with no elevator, only stairs. The sink water keeps going in and out with very strong pressure. The location is great though. The lady at the front desk seemed tired and wasn’t very welcoming.

There was construction outside my door every morning starting at 7 am. Impossible to sleep in. The air conditioner and the refrigerator neither worked. I booked a premium room and still got a small room.
