I enjoyed my stay only complaint was a guest was washing his large dog in hotel pool

The hotel was great in terms of amenities and location. Very close to everything. Check in was smooth. However, we got a room that had a strange smell. Catherine the front desk person was very helpful and got us a different room the same day. She was very cooperative and understanding. Laundry is free. It is a new hotel very clean. Loved the kitchen and used it a alot.

The propert was very nice. Room was updated, but not clean clean. There was alot of little things....sticky end table, stains on sheets and towels, dirt in the corners of the floors, trash piled up in the halls from other guests, not enough towels. The pools was greenish. No deep end, just goes to 4ft. VERY KID FRIENDLY. Kids EVERYWHERE. Pet friendly. The kids were louder than any pets we saw. Could not tell this place was a pet friendly place, smelled like cleaning chemicals everywhere. Breakfast was a pretty good selection. Very nice area to eat, inside and outside. Overall, not the worst place weve stayed at in pigeon forge. We'd go back. Close to all the things, just out of the craziness and traffic.

The hotel is good going with family and Dog.

We enjoyed this place for our family as we were in town for an event at the LeConte center. It was nice that if sone of our party didn't have to be there as early, they could walk to the event center. It is also very close to the Ripkin baseball fields. The 1 bedroom suite style was very nice for our family of 5 to have a home away from home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestions for improvement is to open breakfast a tad earlier. For those of us in town for an event, we either missed breakfast or had to grab it quick because there was a line at the opening and we had to be out the door. The pool is small. We were hoping to cool off after a day in the 90 degree heat, but each time we went down the pool was filled. There were several baseball teams staying, with it being close to the fields, and they quickly filled the area. There were no chairs or towels when we went down each time and pool was at capacity. It does have a great overlook area on the 6th floor. It is a nice area to gather with friends and has beautiful views.

First tine staying at this hotel. Great location to Dollywood. Awesome breakfast area on 6th floor.

We definitely enjoyed our time at Staybridge. We will stay at that family of hotels again. The room was very clean, comfortable, & roomy. The front desk attendants was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the social hour Wednesday night was very good!!

The facility was very nice. It was clean and very modern. The breakfast was awesome and delicious.

Fantastic hotel! Everything was very clean. It has lots of space in the rooms with everything you need inside. Breakfast was good with lots of selections. We enjoyed how pet friendly and family friendly the hotel was. The pool was very nice also. Nice beds and clean bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

The management was very nice, however, the housekeeping was lacking. When we checked in, there were drink rings on several tables, light trash in the kitchen trash can, a dried dirty washcloth behind the bathroom door, and someone's ear bud by the bed. I asked the front desk if the room was truly ready, and they gave us a slight discount and apologized. The bathroom door was way too big for the size of the bathroom. Everything else was good, and we got fresh towels each day. The kitchenette was nice. The TV was so confusing that you dont need to plan to watch any TV. I guess it was ok. I won't stay here again.

Had an amazing one night stay here! The hotel was clean and modern and offered a beautiful view. The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfy. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town!

Great time, suites were perfect. Staff was amazing and very knowledgeable about the area and attractions. Made my first trip to Pigeon Forge the best

Cleanliness, friendly, close to everything I needs to see.

Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, friendly & helpful staff

Nice location in the center of Pidgeon Forge. Convenient to attractions and restaurants. Rooms were clean and stocked with all essentials. The breakfast buffet was not great. Very limited choices and fresh items like fruit and pastries would consistently run out. There is a dog walk area however the grass was very overgrown and not mowed during our stay. Overall, it was a good hotel but I would consider other options for future trips.

Liked the balcony in our room, and free continental breakfast on the top floor. Lovely to enjoy the mountains abd catch the news.
