El hotel está en buenas condiciones. Tiene buenos restaurantes cerca y un shopping justo a lado. Para ir al centro histórico es distante si quiere caminar como 35 minutos, sino como 15 minutos en auto. El personal de recepción muy poco atentos, falta de information sobre qué servicios tiene el hotel desde el momento que ser hace el check-in, nos tocó preguntar varias veces y con muy poca simpatía respondían.

Clean room, great service and convenience. Well located near commercial center and local attractions. As well as cafe available throughout the day.

positiv: - geräumiges, modernes Zimmer - reichhaltige Frühstücksauswahl - gute Busanbindung - gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im angrenzenden Einkaufszentrum - faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis neutral: - Die Sauberkeit würde ich als akzeptabel mit Luft nach oben einstufen wollen. - Beim Frühstück kam das Personal mit dem Eindecken der Tische teilweise nicht nach. - eher typische unpersönliche Atmosphäre einer Hotelkette

The front desk staff are super friendly, helpful and professional. The check in process was smooth, and when we arrived at the hotel, we found out we left our passports in the safety box at the previous hotel, they helped us to phone the previous hotel and located the passports so we could go back to get them. What touched us the most is they truly care about customers, and treat customer's problem as their own, so they tried their best to help out. not having an attitude as that's your problem, not my business. I wanna say huge THANKS to them again. The hotel itself has the best location in the town, right next to the bridge, and the room we got is very roomy, and everything is kept well. Nice hotel, nice staff, highly recommened!
