Pleasant stay. Stair and hallway carpets need replacing but they were very clean.

Parking spaces were limited so we ended up parking on the street. "Continental breakfast" means microwave breakfast sandwiches and other pre-packaged items. The 24 hours coffee was nice. Had to run the AC fan all night to block out noise from the freeway.

Nice hotel, great location and well priced.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Very accommodating to our pet. Room clean and spacious, though a couple of minor maintenance nits.

The Inn needs some updating. Carpet was in need of good cleaning and/or replacement, window in our room didn’t slide open, slight odor in room, not sure from what and a very noisy AC unit. Provided decent options for take away breakfast and the staff was very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We mainly used it to sleep in so we appreciated the easy parking and quick grab and go breakfast in the morning. The staff was lovely and helpful. Would love to come back.

It's not fancy but the room was clean and so was the bathroom. The room needed some tlc but it didn't affect my night. Has a nice fridge and micro in the room and the lobby has a nice coffee/warm drink machine all the time. The breakfast in the am is simple, cereal/bagged pastries/yogurt/boiled egg/juice/coffee, but you should find something. They also have 2 vending machines, one for snacks, the other for drinks, and an ice machine. The outside property/ parking area needs to be cleaned up, as there is a lot of trash. It's close to I-80, but I didn't really hear it, really easy to find the motel since it's close. Shopping/Grocery nearby, walking distance to food, etc. Plus they allow pets for an extra fee! I'll be back, so close to many lakes and things to do!!

We were looking for a reasonably priced motel close to the east side of Donner Lake. This was exactly what we were looking for and more - quiet, friendly staff, good included breakfast, easy parking, close to Donner Lake, Donner

Convenient location, room was nice. No extra stuff at the motel. Staff was not friendly or helpful.

It was good. I enjoyed the continental breakfest. Pretty good selection.

We had requested early check in, but this was not acknowledged and we had to wait an hour in order for our rooms to be available. The accomodations were standard, but the area was extremely safe with several restaurants within walking distance. The parking and hotel property were very well maintained with excellent lighting. Definitely a keeper on our list!

The inn of truckee hotel was nice room but they needs new floors: carpets and new beds 🛏️…

Beware there is no elevator. All king beds are on the 3rd floor. That was are only issue. Nice older Inn. Staff friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay here, it was a clean place, the front desk was polite and nice. I hope to stay here again the next time I am in Truckee. This is not a town where reasonable lodging can be found, so I appreciate that there are places you can stay that are clean, safe, and you still have money to spend on shopping and eating out.

Staff was nice and professional as soon as we walked in. Only negative situation, they charged my card prior to check’in and said it’s policy. Wants to happy about that service. Booked for a large group and had to pay upfront.

Dropped a 20 dollar bill in the hallway and they notified me, in order to come pick it up at the front desk. Amazing staff. Thank you.

The hotel seems a bit worn, like it has seen better days. Everything seems well used - old. It’s good enough, but the name creates an expectation of more elegance than the reality.
