전체 평가 및 리뷰 Mercure London Earls Court

Overal we enjoyed our stay. It would have been better if there were a fridge and a phone in the room. The hotel was close to West Brompton tube stop and there was a local pub with good food nearby. The Anchor has great fish and chips and is in walking distance of the hotel. Just ask to have salt on the food as the fish had none.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, jedoch haben sie nicht darauf reagiert, dass die Zimmertür nur sehr schwer zu schließen war. Wir mussten kontrollieren, ob sie geschlossen war. Das Waschbecken war sehr niedrig montiert, (Kniehöhe)dafür konnte ich auf der WC-Schüssel gerade noch den Boden mit den Füßen erreichen. Ich bin 1,80 m groß. Dreckige Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt. Das Zimmerund das Bad waren ausreichend groß m. Für London sogar sehr groß.

Nice hotel, small room. We booked a room with a king size bed and a walk in shower. Got in the room to find shower over bath. Back to reception and it took 5 mins to find us a room. Double not king. No reduction on price.in dhower.

War eine tolles Hotel,nettes Personal,von außen nicht so toll aber die Zimmer waren echt schön.Kann man nur empfehlen

Struttura molto comoda con 2 fermate di metropolitana vicine (Earl's Court e West Brompton), in pochi minuti si è in centro. La camera ha la giusta dimensione, letto comodo e con un buon isolamento acustico.

Ein schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit nur 4 Minuten Gehzeit zur U-Bahn

We stayed for one night in a Superior room. We chose the hotel because of the location. Check in was good and done by helpful staff. We were very disappointed with the room however. It was small with a tiny bathroom. The latter had a shower over the bath which was difficult to access even for the fittest of guests. The room was small too but with a very comfortable king size bed. The air 'cooling' did not work properly and was not air conditioning as we know it. Over all we were disappointed. We have stayed at Mercure before and had a good room. Not this time.

Room was nice and perfect for two people who were just coming back to sleep. Bathroom was clean however there is no fan so the bathroom smelled like mildew.

Lovely hotel in great location. Close to underground and Empress Museum (Greatest Showman). Staff friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Easy to get to, close to West Brompton District Line station. Quiet and feels safe. Water pressure not quite sufficient for a satisfying rain shower experience. Enjoyed my stay overall.

We stayed here for 4 nights. No complaints. Love the modern style of the hotel. Easy access to the trains and buses.

Great hotel and comfortable stay

Hotel in a great location with chargeable car parking. Clean and tidy. Had a group booking for 5 rooms but 1 was not ready on arrival even though this was 1 hrs after the allotted check-in time which affected our plans. Avoid hot drinks in the hotel lobby - £6.99 for a small pot of tea - 1 tea bag and some hot water! Extortionate!

Gut gelegen

A good hotel. Breakfast is fine. You're close to two underground stations. So getting to and from the city is a breeze. The room was excellent although the airconditioning controls were a bit iffy and it didn't work that well. Staff is courteous and friendly. The fact that both a bar and a restaurant are on the premises is also a pre. Though they might be a bit on the pricey side for some.

Rooms are clean and the hotel is great.
