Good location nearby the station. Comfortable bed. Restaurant is good.

Good and convenience

Excellent location-literally right next to the train station and major mall. Room was very modern and clean. Staff are very nice

Chambre très propre, et très jolie. Design moderne et industriel, tout dans la chambre était parfait. La composition du mini bar jusqu'au élément dans l espace douche.

The staff was staff was condescending and rude. And when I called them out the gaslit me. I speak 3 languages and understand 5, french happens not to be one. I understand in France french is spoken but you can try. The front desk jerk even laughed at me in front of my children. When I called him out more gaslighting. I was able to teach my children how not to behave and will use this experience to help train my 1,200 employees in the US on empathetic ways to work with customers.

I was looking for a place close to the station. This was it. I was surprised by the friendly staff at check-in. Then i was even more surprised by the beautiful and comfortable room. Finally, breakfast was truly a delicious surprise. Service was excellent. If I go back to Lyon, I'll stay here.

What a great hotel this turned out to be. We were travelling from Interlaken to Toulouse and decided to break up the train ride with a night in Lyon. Our room was quiet, beautifully updated, clean, MODERN and comfortable. The lighting was super sexy lol. Did I mention that the hotel is right next to the train station? For dinner we wandered across to the Westfield mall and enjoyed a great meal. Choose from one of the 46 restaurants there! Ridiculous! 😂

Un très bel hôtel, chambre très confortable, spacieuse, très bien agencée et décorée. Le restaurant ferme tôt pour ce type d établissement, il faut convaincre le personnel pour avoir du room service (23h). Une fois amène, le plateau était impeccable.

Quick travel but Hotel is very welcoming. Jack in front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Super pet friendly, she even got a little treat box! Absolutely love this hotel and will be looking for them in other cities.

Great location and new property. Downside was that the tap in the bathroom sink kept spraying water if we turned it on and got our clothes wet when we used it. We told concierge about this issue and they promised that someone would come to fix it the next morning, but no one did. The issue was not fixed at all when we left. Poor maintenance experience.

Absolutely stunning property with beautiful modern rooms. Super quiet and all the in-room amenities I could ask for, aside from a corkscrew. An absolute pleasure to stay here!

A very comfortable hotel with great security and service at the front desk. Attached to the Gare Par Dieu but totally quiet. The attendant, Jack, helped us get to a pharmacy replace a lost medication and saved us such a hassle! We highly recommend!
