Great spot. Hate the grey hallways..Makes the hallways too dark. Otherwise, beautiful hotel. Nice rooms. Accessible to lots.

No fridge! No door for the shower! A bit strange!

We had a really wonderful stay at the Arcotel during our time in Vienna. The whole place felt very modern and clean, which we appreciated as soon as we walked in. One of the best features was the option for self-check-in and check-out; it made the whole process so quick and seamless, though the staff was still right there to be helpful. Every time we had a question, they were quick to address it with a great attitude. The location turned out to be very convenient as well. It is only about a two-minute walk to the tram station, so getting into the center of the city or to any of the major sights was incredibly easy. They also have a good-sized gym and a nice bar on-site. We didn't actually have a chance to use them while we were there, but it was nice to know they were available. Overall, it was a great experience and a very comfortable home base for our visit.

Wonderful stay, staff really friendly, clean and quiet room.

The hotel itself was very clean, bed comfortable, and quite spacious. The only addition which would have been beneficial would have been a mini fridge, as my room did not have one. It was nice to have the addition of the gym, which was very clean, and had well maintained equipment. The location of the hotel was convenient, with public transport links, shops, and restaurants nearby. However, it was also not far to walk into the main centre. Staff were helpful although my interactions with them were limited. Overall I would highly recommend!

Very nice and with quiet rooms. Only rooms on 5th and 6th floor. Nice bar and very good breakfast. Shoort walk to inner city (City center).

Rummet var inte klart kl 15 när vi kom då städningen var sen. Och skulle ha städats under vistelsen men det gjordes aldrig. Kompenserades med kaffe båda gångerna. Antagligen underdimensionerade på städpersonal. Ligger ganska off men för priset är det acceptabelt och standarden är bra.

Great hotel

Il n'y a rien que nous ayons particulièrement apprécié. Le check-in est un peu froid et impersonnel (en fait il faut compléter soi-même sa fiche sur une tablette.). L'hôtel et la chambre sont confortables et bien agencés, mais sans charme. Le quartier est un peu excentré mais bien desservi par les transports en commun. Le petit déjeuner est aseptisé : tout est là, mais rien n'est appétissant sauf le pain et les croissants.

Die Lage war super

Comfy bed and comforters. Room in nice condition. Didn’t really like the open shower as water goes out everywhere in the “bathroom” + it’s very cold to get out of it. Was a bit difficult to find the staff in the reception area at times, as they are seated behind a curtain most of the time. But overall a good place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Arcotel AQ. The room was large and comfortable, perfectly clean. The gym contains all the equipment you need for a good workout. The breakfast was great quality with a wide range of hot and cold food and drink. It is situated near a metro station and a tram station with easy access to the centre. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and spacious room waited for me. Very comfortable bed was an asset and the breakfast was delicious with great selection of food. Recommended Hotel!
