직원 친절하고 방 넓고 깨끗하고 뷰 좋고 (마운틴뷰 햇음)주차장도 좋아요 핫텁이랑 건식 사우나가 참 좋았어요 아침을 밑에 식당에서 먹었는데 걍 무난해요

모든 것이 좋았습니다! 핫텁과 사우나도 좋았고, 객실서비스도 훌륭했습니다.

체크인시 너무나 친절하게 안내를 해주어서 기분이 좋아지는 곳입니다. 밴프중심가는 아니지만 조용해서 오히려 좋았고 숙박하는 동안 이용가능한 버스티켓을 제공해주기 때문에 불편함없이 이용했습니다. 창밖으로 보이는 풍경이 멋있었고 오픈한지 얼마되지않아 시설이 너무 깔끔했어요. 피곤할때 이용한 온천도 너무 좋았습니다. 기회가 된다면 또 이용하고싶은 곳입니다.

깨끗하고 너무 만족스러웠어요

여행 3일간 숙박했고 대만족했습니다. 시설이 매우 깨끗하고, 테라스 뷰가 정말로 멋집니다. 중심지에서는 차로 5분 정도 거리로 약간 떨어져있지만, 호텔 바로 앞에 버스 정류장이 있고 3일간 사용할수 있는 무료 버스 티켓을 줍니다. 자연을 감상하러 가는 밴프에서, 숙소에서 이정도 뷰가 나오는 곳은 흔치 않을듯합니다. 건물 바로 옆이 공사중이라 살짝 어수선하지만, 밤에는 조용합니다. 부엌엔 전자렌지와 물 끓이는 포트가 있고 커피나 차를 마시거나 간단한 음식을 할수 있는 정도는 되지만, 냉장고는 아주 작고, 냉동식품 보관은 불가능합니다. 다시 밴프에 갈수 있다면 이 호텔에 머물고 싶어요. 강추합니다.

Great room and amenities

Amazing stay at the Hotel Canoe. The room was beautiful clean and comfortable with incredible mountain views. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for my proposal. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Banff.

Facilities is very clean, staff is very friendly, very accessible , but wifi is week, but all of i enjoyed i would love to stayed again

Always a great place to stay

Fabulous service, room, views and amenities. The staff were lovely, rooms were thoughtfully appointed and there were tons of special touches like high quality coffee and tea in the rooms, daily housekeeping and turndown service, saltwater hot tub, fabulous coffee shop and restaurant. I will be back!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing stay in Banff! When my car broke down Saturday night, the staff went above and beyond to help, even trying to jump-start it and giving me extra time for checkout so I could figure things out. Sara was incredibly kind, and Marvin (hope I got the name right) spent so much time trying to help me with my car. I’m so grateful for their kindness—highly recommend this hotel!

Unreal hotel

Clean room and building. Amazing hot pool. And very friendly staff.

Nice hotel but needs improvement in cleaning of the rooms and hallways. Better options available for the price.

Rooms were clean. Bed was quite firm. Amenities were nice other than the party in the hot pools on a Monday night. Unfortunately that took away one star for me because I was there to relax. Otherwise nice accommodations! Friendly staff!

The two Queen bedded room reserved for this couple with one dog was extremely clean, modern, and spacious. The bathroom was spotless and well stocked with new towels and toiletries .We appreciated the generous storage space in the furniture and also the additional shelves in the bathroom.. Our dog was provided with his own bed, bowls, and a treat. We all enjoyed our mini holiday in Banff staying at this well furnished and immaculately clean hotel. Ps We brought our own pet towels to wipe those muddy paws after our outdoor adventures.

Everything was wonderful besides a faulty toilet that had clogging issues.

The room is gorgeous! The view is beautiful as well! Well worth the money.

Staff was very friendly. Sauna and rooftop hot tubs were amazing. Great weekend getaway
