숙소 너무 편안하고 좋았습니다! 시내랑 살짝 거리가 있긴하지만 나름 대형 쇼핑몰이 걸어서 10분 내외로 있어서 마트도 가고 교통도 잘되어있러서 불편하지않았러요! 수영장도 크고 깨끗하고 쾌적해서 좋았습니다. 적극 추천!👍👍👍👍👍

Hotel was incredible, rooms were modern, plenty of pools, internal bars and the food was great. The staff are very accommodating and the hotel is situated close to external restaurants and bars.

Unfortunately, our stay did not reflect the five-star service we expected. Before arrival, the price of our two-room booking dropped by around £500, but the hotel/Expedia would neither honour the new rate nor let us cancel and rebook without a substantial penalty. We arrived at noon and understood our room might not be ready; many members of our wedding party checked in early and we were told 3-hrs later our room still wasn't ready after official check-in time. When the room became available, two lights were not working, a mirror light was broken, and the travel cot we had requested twice was missing. Lunch by the pool was also disappointing. I ordered a vegan burger, but two beef burgers arrived and the waiter admitted he did not know which was vegan, asking us to check inside. My correct meal took around an hour, the fries were wrong, and the replacements arrived after I had finished. The item remained on the bill until I asked for it to be removed, which was met with visible annoyance. The adults-only rooftop pool requires paid beds and admits non-guests, limiting space for hotel guests. Storage in the room was poor, there were no coffee spoons, and the Chromecast was broken. On checkout morning, despite a “Do Not Disturb” sign, a cleaner entered while we were packing. The positives were the comfortable beds, excellent food and service at Lora, and the superb setting and hospitality at Kyara. Come for Lora and Kyara, but stay somewhere else.

Wonderful stay! Very clean, modern, and has great amenities. The staff is very helpful, especially Bruno!

The hotel was beautiful and met all expectations. The bartenders at the lobby bar were not great. Immediately put all the drinks in my party on one tab and then were not communicative about that. And they were also a bit condescending when I asked about the drinks being charged to the room.

Lovely hotel, mediocre service

The property is excellent, from the moment you walk in you feel welcome, staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are excellent facilities are top notch and the overall property is excellent.

Loved my Room. Clean and cozy. In the 1st floor. Enjoyed most of my time in the Rooftop pool. They pre-charge you for a chair and an umbrella, so just be aware the credit is used for consumption. Not bad and great serve. Laia was lovely and so was Guafa. Very Helpful staff. The Gardner, Josue was so nice… learned a lot about the landscape in just 20 min of chatting with him from my terrace. Will be back.

My stay was definitely 100000/10. Already planning my return

I booked the night before we checked in, we would be arriving 1030am local time and did not want to wait. The front desk insisted they would bring bags to room. 3.5 hours later after phone call asking if they could bring up our bags , had to go down to retrieve bags, they forgot. The slider to the balcony had multiple huge cracks throughout the glass door, I let the front desk know and they said it would fine. Those 2 things were the only negatives.

Room was very nice and pool area was great.

SLS Barcelona is a good choice for our first time in Barcelona. The location is away from downtown and closes to the beach. The main swimming pool feels like a saltwater pool and the Lora restaurant has the best buffet breakfast we ever had. Really enjoyed our stay there.

The room once we got in was ok. But mis represented. It was two rooms with dogs between not a 2 bed room suite. We got upgraded because of bad check in. So hotel tried to be good. Room we first saw was far less then upgrade. Never stated. Breakfast was good. With good selections. Pool was not large and few lounge chair grabbed up very early. Beach close by was a pebble beach and high surf. Not good swimming. Staff were nice and tried to be helpful
