Breakfast was more Holiday Inn express standard Room faced a busy road and outside entrance so extremely noisy . Not shown on website or when booking. Rooms were barely serviced Pools have amazing view but be warned are not heated . Indoor pool is pretty cold also most people got out immediately . Nice sauna though

Loved this hotel! It was in walking distance to lake and to shopping/restaurants! The breakfast was amazing with a huge selection of items. What made it even better was the staff!!!!! Will be back again really soon!

Lovely buffet breakfast, the hot items would be perfect if hotter. Very convenient location for restaurants,bars and shops. Very clean in all areas, very friendly staff . A few more umbrellas around the pool areas would help.

Next level service and amenities. Incredible breakfast buffet overlooking the ocean. Our car was Brought up front on our day of departure without asking. Just plain amazing people.

We loved the location, right next to the sea and convenient to shops and restaurants. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. All areas were very clean and well maintained and the lobby area was remarkable.

Hotel in super Lage. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant zum Abendessen. Sehr tolle Küche und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sauberkeit im Zimmer besonders die Reinigung des eigenen Pools wäre gut vor erneuter Zimmervergabe. Infinity-Pool im 5. und 9. Stock mit herrlichem Ausblick aufs Meer. Strand ist auch toll. Leider werden die meisten Liegen schon früh „reserviert“ obwohl die jeweiligen Personen oft erst Mittags erscheinen. Gegen dieses Verhalten wird leider vom Hotel nichts unternommen.

Quando si spendono quasi 500€ a notte si pretende l’eccellenza e in questa struttura da 5 stelle c’è il prezzo e poco altro! Arrivo intorno alle 12.00, la Hall è molto grande e molto accogliente, la camera giustamente non è pronta, mi viene consegnata alle 14,30 invece che alle 15.00 bene dico, dopo mezz’ora non c’è ombra dei bagagli, è dovuta scendere mia moglie a chiedere perché si erano dimenticati. Noto già da subito una pulizia non accurata, con polvere e detriti a terra; divano pieno di inutili cuscini che occupano una stanza già non di grandissime dimensioni, sicuramente bella fresca, questo è l’unico confort. rumorosissima, con isolamento acustico chiaramente non adeguato, la porta comunicante con stanza vicina dalla quale provenivano urla disumane, movimento dell’acqua delle piscine delle altre camere,che avevano un rumore assordante il tutto non ha permesso un meritato riposo a me e alla mia famiglia! Il punto di forza sono le piscine, davvero molto suggestive, a sfioro con un panorama meraviglioso, anche se sono rimasto schifato da una signora che mi ha guardato male mentre mio figlio di un anno e mezzo piangeva! La cena si fa al quinto piano sempre dove sta una delle piscine, il servizio è di qualità anche se troppo opprimente, il menù non è per italiani, apparte l insalata greca, tutto il resto è un mappazzone (non vale gli oltre 100€ a notte supplementari x camera) intorno all hotel ci sono degli ottimi ristoranti. Il check out mi hanno gentilmente posticipato

Nice area

The property is absolutely beautiful overlooking mirabello bay! Breakfast is delicious and has a ton of options to pick from while you sit by the pool on the 5th floor overlooking the ocean as well. The beds slightly firm but are very comfortable and nice. Everything in the hotel looks modern and new still.

Très bon hôtel dans l’ensemble je conseille toute fois de manger hors du restaurant pour le déjeuner et le dîner. Le service est super la vu sur la mer est incroyable.
