교통이 편리하고 가족이 지내기에 편했어요

위치가 타이베이역과 가깝고, 시내 주요 지역으로 가기 정말 편한 위치입니다. 방이 넓고 주위에 상권도 좋습니다. 아파트형이라 청소는 직접, 타월 무료 추가 제공은 되지 않습니다.

위치는 정말 좋아요! 청결부분에서는 청소가 안된 부분이 많아 별점을 주고 싶지 않네요, 3일을 묵었는데 간이주방이 있는 방으로 예약했음에도 수저와 포크도 2개씩밖에 없었고 수건도 하나씩밖에 비치되어 있지 않아 불편했습니다. 욕조있는 방은 배수되는 물이 방밖으로 흘러나와 아예 사용할 수 없었습니다. 그 외에는 답변도 빠르고 여행하기 좋은 위치와 조용했던 부분에서 잘 이용하였습니다.

普段からAirB&Bをよく利用する方ですが、こちらの 施設は必要な物が全て備わっていて、快適で完璧 でした。 1番助かったのは、台北駅K-12 の入り口が目の前 だったことです。少々の荷物があっても全然問題 なく、すぐに台北駅の地下街に移動出来、MRT までスムーズに行けることです。 他にも、何か困ったこと、聞きたいことがあっても LINEで問い合わせが出来、そのお返事も超早い ことです。感動の対応でもありました。（海外 で無人のホテル利用時は大変心強いですから） 備品についても、管理も行き届いていて、特に 洗面所の自動ハンドソープや、ドライヤー、マルチ タップ、２リットルの水が２本もあり本当に 完璧なホテルだと思いました。 今回、初めての利用ですが、我が家のように くつろげることが出来、いい旅行になりました。 本当にありがとうございました。 次回も又、利用させていただきたいと思います。

급하게 숙박을 예약해야해서 하게됬는데 생각보다 숙소는 좋았구요 무인체크인인지 몰라서 처음엔 조금 걱정도 되고 놀랐지만 미리 짐도 맏길수있었고 숙소 담당하시는분을 만났는데 친절하셨습니다 5인가족이 묶는다고 해서인지 쇼파베드도 설치해주셔서 편하게 잘 쉬었구요 역접근성도 좋았고 주변에 아침일찍 여는 식당도 많이 있어서 좋았습니다 다음에 또 이용할께요

立地の良さはもちろんですが、お部屋の隅々まで心地よく整えられていて、とても素敵な滞在になりました。 次回は“住んでいる風”を装って、もう少し長く滞在してみたいと思います。 正直なところ、最初は「トイレットペーパーが流せる」という一点で選んだのですが（笑）、それ以上の価値が十分にあるホテルでした。 次はぜひバスタブ付きのお部屋に泊まってみたいです。

非常に古いビルで写真に騙されたという印象です。価格が高く、朝食もない。近隣のホテルにすれば良かったです。

We stayed at 101 View Family Studio B3. Prior to this stay, we also stayed in the One-Bedroom C1 unit, and we found that the room condition and overall atmosphere of the B3 unit were much better. However, it had the same issues as the C1 unit. No matter how carefully we took a shower, water splashed outside the shower area. In addition, the mosquito issue was the same. There were so many mosquitoes that we could not even count how many we killed during our stay. After staying in the C1 unit, we traveled to other cities and later returned to Taipei to stay in this B3 unit. When we checked out of the C1 unit, we informed the staff about the mosquito problem. The staff mentioned that the building had arranged a disinfection and that the situation had improved; however, unfortunately, it did not improve at all. We believe the mosquitoes may have been coming from the bathroom. Overall, the stay was okay, with the location being superb. The staff was nice and helpful, but future guests should be prepared for the mosquito issue.

We stayed in One-Bedroom Apartment C1. The overall room condition was okay, and the bedding was comfortable and nice. However, the washroom shower could be improved. The shower curtain was not very effective, and water splashed outside the shower area regardless of how carefully we tried to use it. The bedroom itself did not have a window, and the window in the living/two-bed area was not sealed tightly, so outside noise was quite noticeable. That said, the location was superb, and for the price we paid, the stay was generally acceptable. The main issue we experienced was a significant mosquito problem. No matter how many we killed, new ones continued to appear throughout our stay. Overall, it was an okay stay with a great location, but improvements in the shower setup, soundproofing, and pest control would make the experience much better.

Great location

The place is super convenient. Basically next to the Taipei Main station which can take you anywhere. It's also walkable to Ximen so close enough to the actions. Staff was responsive online and nice. Room has great view given we are on one of the high floors. Luggage storage facility was provide so very convenient. The only negative is a small bathroom and shower.

部屋は清潔でインテリアに流木などを使っておりとてもおしゃれな内装でした。浴槽がなく、シャワーだけでしたが床がドアの方まで水浸しになってしまい、使い勝手が悪かったです。ベッドが大きく大人2人でも充分な広さでマットレスの硬さが最高に身体にフィットしてとても快適な睡眠が出来ました。ただ、暖房が入らず少し寒かったです。無人チェックインが心配でしたが、LINEでのやり取りが出来たので安心できました。場所は台北駅の目の前にありながら深夜バスでの到着のため、地下出口が閉まっており、大きな通りのどこをどう渡れば辿り着けるのかかなりの時間を要しました。夜間に着く方は調べておいた方が良いです。総合的にはとても良い宿だと思います。

タオル・シーツ・掃除は毎日交換ではないけど、室内に乾燥機付きドラム洗濯機があるので便利。何より、立地が最高。

立地が良く、どこにでも行きやすい場所です。可愛らしいしつらえで、設備も充実してました。チェックイン時に、部屋の前でもたもたしていたら、スタッフの方が駆けつけてくださってとても親切でした。また是非利用させていただきたいとおもいます。

Pros: check in process, luggage drop off available, communication via line was instant. Room was spacious. Plenty of dishes, silverware. Microwave and mini fridge. Beds were so comfortable. Location was our main draw as it’s across street from main train station. Starbucks and McDonald’s nearby Cons: saw a couple of cockroaches which I was prepared for but still not used to it. Bathroom smelled. Needs some deep cleaning and maybe something like bleach to clear the shower drain. Building and floor is a little run down but the room itself is in great shape. I would come back!

バスタブがあるかのような写真が部屋写真に入っているのは紛らわしいです。 シャワーしかないなら他のホテルを予約しました。台北駅前という立地はとてもいいですが、最終日に荷物を預ける方法がわからず困りました。

We stayed for 4 nights in TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENT J3. Our married friends stayed in the room with a king bed and my wife and daughter stayed in the room with two queen beds. The place was quiet and clean. The view from the 16th floor was awesome. The location was an easy walk from Taipei Main station, mostly underground. It was an easy walk to TWO night markets and several parks and museums and tons of shopping. There was a clog in the toilet, but someone came within 2 minutes of notifying the manager, and fixed it. There were two washer/dryer combos. We absolutely would stay there again if visiting Taipei again.
