The hotel itself was nice however, the location was not the greatest. They run out of garage parking and had to park on the street which was a bit skeptic.

Staff Very friendly, helped me check in early. Loved that they had coffee, water and snacks in the lobby. Breakfast was wonderful, great variety and hot!

Good location and clean

I liked the hotel it was very nice very spacious. The staff was not helpful at all asked for towels waited about an hour. My room had four people only two towels. The ice machine was broken. No water to drink. I had het ice from the 10th from and the water from the 2 floor. Breakfast was okay. The area around the hotel its very rural nothing to eat nothing to do.

Reservation means nothing they not only allot the reserved room to someone else but they keep allotting it to others even when you are in the room. I had someone trying to unlock my door at 11:00 pm in the night with a valid key, and when that didn't work since I had locked the door on the inside, they brought a maintenance person who forced open the door. Elevators are extremely slow. Beds are good and comfortable. Maintenance technician was very helpful with an issue. Good breakfast and nice to have round the clock coffee and drinking water available.

Hotel was clean, great breakfast, Wait for the elevators was too long. Overall a good stay. Would stay again

Great hotel but keep in mind it’s in a fairly industrial zone! Metro not close but still you can walk about 30 mins to things

Tout était bien dans l’hôtel. Ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles non plus. L’emplacement est peu flatteur. C’est dans un quartier industrialisé. Malgré tout ça a ses avantages tel que pouvoir se stationner dans la rue plus facilement sans avoir à payer. Le fait que c’est proche de l’autoroute. Le fait que ce n’est pas un coin très achalandé. L’hôtel en soi est propre. Le petit déjeuner inclu est bien aussi.Les personnels ont été très courtois.

For the price you would think parking include but nope gotta pay $40.

Amazing hotel and I will stay here again and again.

Clean

The hotel is perfect, and I will stay here again if I ever have the opportunity. However, I would not walk outside the hotel and would only use Uber/Lyft or the shuttle provided by the hotel to get to the Metro. Unfortunately, I saw some 'illegal activity' happening near the hotel.

It was a nice place to stay off the freeway.

Time to checking took almost an hour because the system went down. The room Smell weeds they couldn't change the roombecause the hotel was full
