처음엔 외곽이라 불편하지 않을까 싶었지만, 중심부를 도는 M3 지하철 라인이 인접해 있어서 교통이 정말 편했어요. 쿠킹할 수 있는 도구들과 그 외에 편의시설들도 잘 갖춰져있고 깔끔해요. 소통도 바로바로 되는 편입니다! 너무 만족한 숙소였습니다:)

한적한 동네에 있는 숙소입니다. 완벽한 깔끔함은 아니지만 전반적으로 깨끗한 편이에요. 미니 주방이 있는 숙소를 찾느라 선택했는데 주방이 매우 작지만 유용하게 사용했어요. 다만 식기구는 깨끗하진 않아서 사용전에 다시 세척해야 했습니다. 공용 공간에 세탁기가 있어서 급한 빨래는 해결할 수 있어 유용했습니다. 청소는 따로 안해주는데 수건이나 휴지 같은건 공용 공간에서 알아서 가져다 쓰면 되는 시스템이라 편했어요. 완벽한 숙소는 아니었지만 가격대비 만족스럽고 동네가 너무 조용하고 깨끗해서 이용하는 내내 편했습니다. 재방문 의사 있어요!

The check-in process was a real problem because I never received email with the instructions. So before I left the airport, I checked all my emails again and then called the hotel which wasn’t easy. You have to wait for them to call you back to get the instructions and how to check in. The instructions to find the hotel once I got to the right Metro Station were also not helpful. Biggest problem was the USB connection in my room didn’t work, which I didn’t discover until I unpacked, put everything away, then to make a long story short, I had to change rooms. That took three hours trying to call somebody and waiting for them to call me back several times. I talked to somebody in Bulgaria, somebody in Estonia. So it was all very difficult and stressful. Also, I didn’t realize the breakfast places were not in the hotel and they were hard to find. The morning I checked out, my breakfast pass didn’t work, so I had to pay for my breakfast and then that was corrected and I got a refund. But that was another hassle. So all in all, there were a number of challenges, it was quite stressful, and I wouldn’t recommend it. If I were to come back anytime soon, I might consider staying there now that I know the drill. The place itself was fine. The room was small but functional and had a kitchenette, which was great and unexpected.

Gute Metro-Anbindung, ruhige Gegend! Der Check-In und die Kommunikation war problemlos :) Die Zimmer sind wie beschrieben!

Meget bra hotell med moderne rom.

The no front desk works well for most people, but I suggest that to make sure that a person unaccustomed to this approach, the system offers a short tutorial or demo of the process.

Communication was brilliant, and very easy to check in using the app. The apartment was very close to the metro so brilliant for getting around the city.

Jeg har ofte ophold på Bob W, så det er, som mit andet hjem, og jeg er meget glad for stedet, service, muligheden for at lave mad i det fine køkken, hvor der er alt, man behøver, inkl. kogeplader og køleskab. Beliggenheden er god, og meget tæt på metro og dagligvarehandel. Morgenmaden anbefales og er bestemt et tilkøb værd, hvis man har brug for det! Det er også nemt at få fat på personale via chatfunktionen, svartiden er hurtig og hjælpen altid nær. Jeg ser altid frem til mit næste besøg hos Bob W.

洗濯が別の部屋にあり、宿泊者の数に対して洗濯機が少なく混み合って洗濯があまり出来なかった。取り合いみたいな雰囲気で宿泊者の質は良くない印象。ホテル自体の対応とくに問題はないです。次回は選ばないかも。地上階だったのでカーテンを締め切りにしないと丸見えなのが嫌でした。

Hotellet ligger langt unna København sentrum. Hotellet bør skifte forside bilde da det er misvisende. Upraktisk innsjekk med app´r osv. Upersonlig hotell.

8 mn d'une station de métro sur la ligne rouge qui met tous les hotspot à moins de 15mn. Bagagerie très pratique quand on n'a pas encore la chambre ou qu'on la quittée. Calme, propre, suffisant pour prendre le petit déjeuner et de petite cuisson. Cuisine collective pour ceux qui veulent avec four et micro-onde. L'Ia répond à toutes les questions.

Vi var meget tilfredse med vores ophold, selvom vi godt kunne tlnke os muligheden for at få et nøglekort, så vi ikke var så afhængige af vores telefoner. Ellers et udmærket sted på alle måder.

Nem ‘indtjekning’. Flotte og komfortable værelser. Rent og pænt.
