조식도 다양하고 라떼도 넘 맛있었어요. 위치가 정말 좋아서 피렌체를 돌아보기 넘 좋았습니다. 딸과 함께 왔는데 중간에 피곤하면 왔다가 잠시 쉬고 또 나가길 여러번 해도 될만큼 위치가 좋아요~ 바로 앞에 펜디 매장이 있고 바로 옆이 프라다 매장입니다. 명품샵 중간에 크고 멋진 나무문이 바로 입구에요. 룸도 아늑했고 화장실도 깨끗했고 다 만족스러웠습니다.

Fantastic location on a very dangerous street, for shopping! Well within walking distance of all the sites. Staff were helpful and courteous. The hotel was in a beautiful historic building. Beds and linens were comfortable. This will definitely be our go to hotel in Florence moving forward.

They charged us for drinking water without even telling us before that they will be charging us for it. I also feel like it’s too overpriced.

I only stayed one night, but the hotel is in an excellent location and was very clean. The only thing I thought was a little odd was you had to use a key to lock the door from the inside, which doesn’t seem too safe if there were a fire. The staff was extremely friendly at check-in and checkout, I would stay here again.

There’s nothing negative to say about this hotel. Location is prime, breakfast is phenomenal, staff members are amazing, the rooms were super cute and comfortable. Really appreciate Monica for giving me a local suggestions on all the stores I could visit for souvenirs. The hotel was nice enough to store our luggage’s safely after our check out until the end of our tour event. Wish I could’ve stayed here longer

Beautiful hotel, with a good location. We did have a few issues with this hotel. We upgraded our room to have a panoramic view of the city. Our room faced a building with no view. The curtains let the light in from said building all night long. In the mornings the hallway that our room was on smelled like sewer, every morning. Also, no shelf in the shower. Shampoo, soap etc had to be put on the floor of the bathroom.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was fabulous and the location was great.

Overall, this is a great place to stay. The breakfast is very good, they have a bar open for a few hours in the evening, and there is a stunning roof terrace where you can enjoy an aperitif while watching the sun set. The staff is all very kind and helpful, and the room we stayed in was gorgeous. It's in a very good location, lots of charm, good amenities, and a good price.

What a hidden gem in Florence! This boutique hotel has charm and an authentic Tuscan feel. The breakfast is absolutely incredible. Scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, yogurt, fresh croissants, pancakes, fruit, meats and cheeses and a rotation of in house baked cakes. Staff is super accommodating. It was my birthday during our stay and they baked me the most delicious personal lemon cake with a candle unbeknownst to my husband. They knew from our check in documents. Would definitely stay there again!

What a lovely hotel! Really friendly staff doing excellent work. Breakfast got the day off to a fine start. Rooms comfortable and clean. Couldn't be better placed for visiting Florence.
