Tram too noisy

This hotel was absolutely amazing!!! Delicious breakfast and so comfortable! The atmosphere and staff were so helpful and went above and beyond when we needed help.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful property. Felt luxurious with reasonable price point in clean, upscale neighborhood with great dining and shopping. Would stay here again!

The is the best hotel we have stayed in on our 3 week trip to Italy. The staff is excellent.

The location was near a lot of subway stations and in a nice section of town. Mostly quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. Breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable. My only issue was that the bathroom was very dark even with all the lights on which made it difficult to put on makeup, contacts, etc.

First class and authentic welcome plus speedy check in. From the doorman to reception to cleaners - great friendly attitude allied to a superb downtown location that is walkable to all the main sights and business districts.
