We really enjoyed

Our stay was spectacular, this hotel had a great pool and one of the biggest gyms I’ve seen in a hotel. The food and amenities were terrific.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly and eager to ensure a pleasant stay. The facility was also in good condition and is clearly well maintained. There was only one glitch in our whole four night stay and it wasn't a big deal since we weren't pressed for time. During one of our meals our server was absent from the dining room for a fairly long period. I even commented to my girlfriend that maybe he has to cover room service as well. Overall, a terrific hotel with an exceptional staff. We will be back in Nairobi in a week for another three night stay!!

Great stay for family of 5!

El hotel excelente. Muy bien situado aunque la zona es un poco fea y se siente insegura. El personal muy amable menos los que atienden en el restaurante que son de una escuela de hoteleria.

Clean hotel, amazing staff, great service. I will definitely stay here again. I am a very picky person but this hotel met my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.

El servicio al cuarto pésimo. Se tardaron muchísimo en mandar el menú y luego otro tanto en subirlo. El restaurant también se equivocó de orden y nos trajeron otra cosa para el desayuno. El agua de la regadera tarda mucho en calentar así que prácticamente nos bañamos diario con agua fría.

El hotel está muy bien pero el personal no es muy eficiente. Ayer tardaron media hora en traer la carta de servicio al cuarto y después casi una hora en subir los alimentos. Hoy en el desayuno tardaron muchísimo en traer la comida. y finalmente trajeron la orden equivocada. Increíble en un hotel de esta categoría.

Everyone was great, welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond . We had an early check out and they were nice enough to pack our breakfast to go. Rooms were spotless and big. Highly recommend this hotel.
