Great location, a short easy walk from town centre, a few restaurants close-by and a great bakery downstairs. Apartment was spacious and well equipped, comfortable for our stay. Self check-in was very easy. Would definitely recommend this place!

Väldigt bra läge

Ich mochte das Apartment sehr, es war groß, sauber, warm und sehr zentral gelegen. Eine schöne Aussicht auf's Meer gab es nicht, aber schönen Stadtblick und das Meer ist ja nur 2 min. entfernt. Die Bäckerei unten im Haus ist super praktisch für ein Frühstück. Check-in lief reibungslos, Bus ist nur 3 min. entfernt. Alles top, ich würde wieder kommen!

2LDKで十分な広さがあり、快適に過ごすことができました。全室オイルヒーター完備で暖かく快適でした。オーブン、食器洗い機、湯沸かし器、コーヒーメーカー、洗濯機、物干しスタンド、掃除機などが揃っていて、自宅のように過ごすことができます。同じ建物の1階にベーカリーショップがあり、パンも飲み物のも絶品でした。冷蔵庫内に、前の方の食品が残っていたので、★マイナス1とさせていただきます。

L'appartamento era ottimo: molto grande e ben arredato con tutto quanto il necessario. Pulizia impeccabile e una grande e comoda doccia. Ottima zona, con ristoranti vicinissimi, è possibile anche raggiungere il centro a piedi rapidamente.

Lækker lejlighed og meget imødekommende personale i receptionen. Dog synes vi at rengøring haltede lidt. Der var nullermænd på gulvet og støv på møblerne da vi kom. Og køkkenservicet er meget begrænset. F. Eks var der ingen te-skeer i lejligheden (dem kom personalet dog med i løbet af eftermiddagen) og andet bestik og glas og kopper var kun 4-5 af hver. Kunne være dejligt med mere bestik, glas mv. Vær opmærksom på, at hvis du booker superior-lejlighed (vi boede i 301) så ligger det ekstra værelse ud til svalegangen så der er fuldt indkig i værelset fra andre gæster. Men overordnet set en klar anbefaling. Super fed beliggenhed.

A comodidade é excepcional

Apartments are ok--smaller than they appear in photos but clean. Nice balcony(we had the two bedroom) and there is an elevator. "Bed" in my son's room is a cot, not an actual bed. 2nd bedroom suitable for one person only and couch did not pull out--not sure why they say the apartment can is for 4. Curtains torn and threadbare--need replacing--they hung down and barely covered the windows. Stove broken. The biggest problem with these apartments is the poor communication(or lack thereof) of the "staff(non-existent). If you arrive on the weekends or at night you are out of luck. Don't lose your key or need anything, you are on your own. I called, texted about the broken stove--I heard nothing. That was on Feb 1st--I am STILL waiting to hear back(It is now Feb 12th). Finally my husband was able to get through and the girl on the other end was impatient and flippant(if you want towels go find the "maid" in the hallway)--we never saw a single cleaning person the whole four days we were there. There are tons of apartments in Tromso--you might want to choose one with an on site reception staff or at least staff that will answer texts and calls.

Nice apartment close to the center of Tromsø. We stayed as a couple and had a great time. Unfortunately the apartment was a bit too cold.

Lovely apartment. We were allocated one which faced the harbour, and were fortunate to see the northern lights from our balcony on the first day ❤️ Very clean, and staff were lovely. My mum and I felt very at home and we are missing the nice apartment already! Very thoughtful that there is a toilet in the luggage room if you need to get organised after arriving or before you head to the airport. The airport bus drops off and picks up just opposite the hotel, super convenient. Great 7 night stay ❤️
