Great location which is next to Spring City 66！There are many choices for restaurants and shopping. The room is quite clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly. Very appreciated for the welcome complimentary fresh fruit offered by the hotel.

The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious. Excellent location as it’s linked to a big mall with many dining options. But what really stand out is the staff. Though bookings were made via Expedia (we had 2 different arrivals and 2 rooms), I had contacted the hotel directly on many occasions with regards to our late check-in, lower floor rooms, rooms near each other and our dining reservations on New Year’s Eve. Staff was prompt in replying to all my emails by various staff which gave me the assurance that everything will be taken care off before our arrivals. Well done ! Highly recommended.

Minha estadia no hotel foi maravilhosa. Hotel muito bonito, agradável e bem decorado, atendimento excelente de toda equipe, muito prestativos e disponíveis. Quartos super confortáveis, e sofisticados, pensaram em cada detalhe, me surpreendeu bastante. Café da manhã com muita variedade e qualidade, e os restaurantes do hotel excelentes também. Inclusive um dia solicitei um prato que não estava no cardápio, simples, e eles fizeram para min. Localização ótima, com um shopping ao lado e rua muito tranquila e arborizada. Tive uma excelente estadia, recomendo !

Grand Hyatt has a distinctive design to its architecture. Service from Suzanna was excellent. However, when we booked the guestroom, we used the AI Chat to enquire about a rollaway bed and was informed that it’d be inclusive in the room rate. It was not!! When we brought this up, front desk disclaimed it without even checking. Such miscommunications would not have happened if we were talking to a human and not a chatbot. It wasn’t a good experience. I think Hotels.com should take responsibility for such miscommunications. I have thoughts of not booking via Hotels.com once I’ve made full use of my rewards points.
