Great stay!

Caribou lodge was so clean, quiet, and relaxing. All the staff was excellent and so friendly. The rooms were up to date, well kept and comfortable! I can’t wait for my next trip to the area

We had a nice stay.

Accommodations were good

The hotel check in staff were efficient and cordial. The room was clean in most of the common areas (places like edges against wall may need a good vacuum.) The room was very hot. It is winter, so I thought maybe the previous guest left the heat on high. It took opening a window and turning the unit to cold high all night to make the room comfortable sleeping temp of around 67/68. The pool area was nice and clean. The lodge was quiet which was great for sleeping. The ski/ski out location at the lodge was good. It was just a short walk through the parking lot to trail access. My 6 yo was able to make the trip carrying his skis and wearing ski boots. We did also use the shuttle service to the ski ticket window. The driver was great. He helped us load our gear and explained the process. Was pleased with the weekend. We will be returning to this lodge in the future.

Staff was pleasant. Could do more for food options. I would go back.

Great place!!!

I like the ski-in, ski-out (after a very short hike). And if you're not even up for a short walk, there's an on-demand shuttle service. I also like having a restaurant and bar on the premises so you don't have to venture out in the cold to eat or drink. I also discovered that the gift shop has convenience food items tucked in coolers in the back.

Amazing place for a nice skying weekend.

Hope you like sleeping in a kitchen and don't forget to pull out the bent old mattress in the couch.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, shuttle to skiing, and ski in and out by walking through parking lot. Loud refrigerator and no breakfast offered.

We found out when we checked in that the pool and hot tub were not working so they didn’t charge us for the resort fee which means I didn’t have to pay for something I wanted. I never got any compensation for that loss of resort facilities that I went there for

Beautiful property. The lodge has a huge fireplace and the warmth from it was heavily coming in from the snow. The room was pleasant. The world pool was quite small though. Nice shower and the beds were very comfortable and the bedding debine

I had a great ski weekend with stunning views and a welcoming, professional front desk staff. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. Since they only clean rooms after check-out, we arrived to find crumbs on the desk and floor, a yellow stain on the sheet, and a brown stain on the carpet. The entryway flooring even stained my white socks brown, prompting us to scrub it ourselves with Clorox and room towels. It seems like staffing may be an issue, but attention to detail in room cleaning is definitely needed. Despite this, the staff was accommodating and friendly, and the location made for a fantastic ski experience.

Place is beautiful, people are freindly, the restaurant and bar is fantastic

They had a nice family event going. Rooms were noisy.

It was a decent llace to stay! We loved the Halloween set up, outdoor chess, and fireplace. I just rated it a 4 star because the bathroom shower wasnt cleaned very well.
