The room was comfortable (esp. since I'd had some tiny rooms in Europe) and breakfast offered lots of options.

It was convenient and clean and staff was excellent

Ok hotel. Overpriced compared to the standard of the hotel. Breakfast bacon?

Everything was great other than we found fleas in the room but the staff was quick to close the room to clean it for the problem. We visit at least three times a year. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast has a lot of different choices for our kids to choose from.

Would love to give this place 5 stars, took away one star - freezing swimming pool. Other than that, wonderful place to stay!

The staff was great. The room was not, bathroom door stuck & could not close, peeling paint, roll-in shower drainage not sufficient & water went everywhere. Bed was too high for guest with limited mobility

Newly renovated, clean. The staff was friendly and helpful regarding where to eat in the area. Spacious lobby.

Dirty!! Our room wreaked of stale cigarette smoke and cheap airfreshner trying to mask the smoke smell. It was AWFUL and my throat was irritated by the next morning! There was also a large round red stain on the carpet next to the bed... was it blood??! Carpet and bathroom tile had clearly not been cleaned prior to our occupancy. All in all, it was disgusting and therefore extremely uncomfortable!

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

We booked this 90 minutes prior to arrival to swim and trlax for my birthday. Pool inoperable. Expedia and hotel refute refund both telling me to get it from the other. Hoping somebody will fix it. Super disappointing

All the amenities listed on Hotels.com were nonexistent. It was advertised to have an indoor heated swimming pool and full hot breakfast. The hotel did have a swimming pool, but they did not have permits to let guests use the pool nor did they have permits to serve food so there was no food no coffee, not even an ice machine. No coffee pot in room in the room. They didn’t even have cups in the room to pour our own beverage that we had to bring ourselves.
