No abriria el hotel si no esta aun en las condiciones, creo que se apresuraron en abrir cuando no estaaa al 100 nisiquiera al 60

The rooms are beautiful. The view from our room was absolutely stunning. The staff was so helpful and so friendly. Everything was immaculate communication Via WhatsApp was very efficient and responsive with the staff. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and the view we had from our breakfast was also great.

We liked the hotel very much indeed. It’s got a great location up on the hill, and the staff were incredibly friendly. My one complaint is that the wine fridge in the room was the wrong temperature. It was much too warm for white wine, but then it also chilled the red wine so that then ended up being at the wrong temperature! Related to this, the larger mini fridge in the room was also much too hot, it hardly chilled the soft drinks. So all in all, it was difficult to get a glass of cold white wine in the room! Anyway, not a big deal and overall I really liked the hotel, and the staff for especially friendly and hospitable. We absolutely love the valle de Guadalupe and thoroughly recommend it. We also much enjoyed Bruma, which we stayed at a couple of nights before, I would check that one out as well if you can.

I have stayed in Banyan tree before This was very different . It didnt %100 meet my expectations. Just had breakfast before check out . Ordered eggs at 9:30 AM and they came at 10:30 am. I booked massages 5 weeks in advance and the practitioner showed up 30 mins late

Deeply Disappointing Stay at a Supposed Five-Star Resort • Paid over USD $2,500 for two nights (including accommodation and on-property consumption) for a luxury wine-country experience that was never delivered. • Breakfast buffet infested with flies, clearly unhygienic. • Room service burgers served with rancid-tasting meat; not consumed for health reasons and no refund offered. • Misleading advertising: booked a villa with open valley views, assigned one facing a wall and scrub vegetation; unjustified 1K USD surcharge attempt requested to change rooms. • Villa delivered unclean (hair in bathrooms, dirt on floors). • Hot water runs out within minutes. • Main pool closed without prior notice during our full stay. • Attempt to refuse room service despite ordering 30 minutes before closing time. • Internal transport waits over 20 minutes, forcing walks on steep dirt paths in bad weather. • In-room wine cellar incomplete; over 40 minutes to resolve. • Promised spa hydrotherapy nearly withdrawn and honored only after insistence. • Wine by the glass selection very limited for a wine-country destination. • Only positives: strong architectural potential and genuinely kind waitstaff (excluding reception/customer service). Conclusion: This property is not aligned with five-star standards nor with the experience it promotes. We leave deeply disappointed, hoping these issues are resolved so guests may one day enjoy what should be a spectacular place.

Hola la verdad encontré varios puntos que no me gustaron para la calidad de Banyan Tree 1.- subí a cenar y nos encontramos con un menú con muy poca variedad y lo más frustrante es que de los 13 platillos entre entradas , ensaladas y platos fuertes resulta que no tenía ingredientes para preparar por lo menos 4 y decidí irme a cenar fuera del hotel 2.-en la habitación no contaban con pantuflas y las tuve que pedir 3.-cuando regresamos la cortesía ya estaba hecha y bastante agradable con una esencia muy bien la habitación pero no dejaron toallas limpias y por lo menos 4 después de que ya habíamos usado las 2 que nos dejaron 4.-también tomamos unas cervezas en la tarde antes de irnos a cenar y tampoco se llevaron las botellas y el recipiente donde nos la llevaron 5.- fuimos en la mañana a las albercas generales y el lugar es realmente espectacular pero no hay forma de meterse al agua ya que estaba helada y sin duda para la marca Banyan Tree es algo ir no debería de suceder porque perdió todo el encanto 6.- por otro lado tanto en la alberca de la habitación todo muy bien con la temperatura y en las albercas generales ,la calidad de las toallas deja mucho que desear muy rasposas y todos los perímetros de la mismas muy desgastadas como si tuvieran 5 años 6.- también en las albercas generales el snack bar no tenía servicio y tuve que pedir al bar principal La propiedad es espectacular peor para un hotel de esta categoría sin duda no pueden pasar todos estos contratiempos

Horrible hotel el servicio fatal. El hotel mal mantenido. El jacuzzi de la habitación tenía moho. Sin luz en el área de los baños La ubicación terrible.
