It was great and excellent. Easy to check-in and out. The manager helped a lot for fixing electrical problem, using swimming pool, and even storing bagges, after check-out. Thanks for kindness and excellence.

○ 위치 ★★★★★ 2군지역 랜드마크81 바로 옆 아파트에요. ○ 접근성 ★★★★★ 바로 옆에 대 단위 상가가 조성되어 있어 다 사 먹으면 되고 그랩(카카오t앱으로 부를 수 있음) 정류장이 숙소 앞이라 편해요. ○ 숙소 컨디션★★★★☆ -장점 엘리베이터도 엄청나게 빠르고 6개 이상 있어서 혼잡하거나 오래 기다리지 않아요. 화장실, 싱크대, 냉장고, 방 청결 상태 매우 만족입니다. 특히 내려다 보이는 뷰가 환상적이었습니다. -단점 다만, 킹사이즈 침대와 더블 침대 두개 모두 컨디션이 혼자 자면 괜찮은데, 2명부터는 너무 심하게 꺼질 것 같네요. 매트릭스만 개선되면 최고입니다! ○ 숙소 주변 추천 걸어서 5분도 안 걸리는 수변 공원이 정말 잘 되어 있어요. 매일 저녁 버스킹도 하고 앉아 쉬기도 좋아요. 선착장도 별로 멀지 않습니다. 랜드마크1아파트 1층(81 광장쪽) massage Ngoc Vin spa 여기 마사지사 중 남자 분 추천해요. 덩치있는 분이요. 베트남 이번에 4일동안 8번 마사지 받았는데 이 분이 제일 잘했어요. 랜드마크81 안 지하에 텍사스치킨 (아마도 프랜차이즈) 강추해요. 여기 닭 4조각이 한국 한 마리보다 살이 많음. 한국 프라이드 치킨과 KFC중간 쯤 맛인데 괜찮았어요.

This is my second time staying at Vinhomes Central Park Premier Apartment, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The apartment is modern, spacious, and very well maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, right by Landmark 81 and Central Park, making it convenient for both leisure walks and easy access to the nearby mall.

仕事で2週間滞在しました。　部屋もきれいで眺めも良くて楽しめました、VN駐在時はC3に住んでたのですがPlusは買い物にも便利でよかったです。　　日本人的には①シャワーの水がバスタブの外に飛ばないようにしてほしい　②洗濯物を干す設備をもっと整えてほしい　ぐらいですね また利用できればしたいです。　ありがとうございました。

I was extremely disappointed in this apartment. There was no communication to advise it was a privately rented apartment. We got in at 2pm and they were still cleaning it. Shoes for the owner were left lying around and we found used dirty condom in the bedroom. The bathroom was riddled with mould. The only thing that saved this accommodation was the amazing views. Short of that I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend anyone stays at this property.

Dirty. Unfriendly staff and room is old and broken. There isn’t sofa bed like described on a website

It’s clean room and nice city view. And also it’s convenience location to go to city center with taxi. Staff is kindness to keep our baggage before checking in. I had beautiful experience there.

The property is conveniently located near shopping center.

Overall is okay, clean room, easy to communicate with the owner. Except the security guard at the front desk is very mean, so rude, lazy, not willing to help. The front desk officer are mean and lazy too. They don't want to help. I checked out at 12 noon, I need to stay in the waiting room at the lobby until 1 pm to wait for the car to pick up. But the security guard didn't open the door for me to get in. I also ask the front desk officer for the room access but they are rude. They didn't care.

Very nice place. Apartment Manager was also nice and very responsive.

It is super clean room, friendly, easy on communication, respond very quick if you need help. Very honest people. I forgot the phone charger. They keep it and return it to me when I asked them. All equipments are working well.

the host was in hurry to leave and never followed up on another room being available. not good communication at all

Booked here so I could use the pool which was in the photos and after checking in, I was told you can only use the pool in you stay over a month with the approval of the owner. The only reason I booked here was for the pool, it should not have it in the pictures if it can’t be used. It’s misleading. I definitely would not of booked here if I knew I couldn’t use the pool.

Outstanding customer service! Great location and best spot to stay in HCMC

Located in an exclusive areas of the city. Difficult to travel in/out of the areas as taxi service has difficulty locating the exact location. The apartment has a washing machine which is very useful for extended stay. The gym is extremely hot due to temperature being set at 28C. There is no reception lobby; however, the contacting agent has been responsive and efficient to ensure smooth check-in process..

Very clean. Host was very responsive.
