Very new facilities and convenient ly located.

The breakfest is amazing!! Benne Bacon is delicious! The services and location is very good too. I strong recomend

Place itself was very clean and tidy. Nice comfortable bed, room layout was good no fault with the room. Only problem is the $200 hold they put on the CC and then the 3 days you have to wait for it to be refunded. Ive stayed with other hotels who charge a 0.00 balance but as long as they have your CC details and if they need to charge they have these details to do so, you should do the same.

We loved our stay and will return. Very helpful staff. Great location. Great food in the restaurant. Sunny well laid out room with a bit of a view (we were on the 8th floor)

Really enjoyed our stay here - the reception staff, the breakfast staff and the cafe staff, so friendly and helpful. Room was excellent as was the bathroom. So convenient to the city centre and harbour area.

Clean, modern and comfortable accomodation close to sky tower in the CBD. Excellent breakfast service, small but well equipped gym.

I liked it was walking distance from the waterfront, restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and accommodated my request for an early arrival coming off in early international flight at a prorated rate. I walk a lot so the walk up the hill from the ferry terminal wasn’t bad, but if you have trouble walking, you might want to think about taking a bus or Uber up the hill. The room was clean, the carpet was a little outdated and but TV did not work.

The bedroom room and the toilet was spotlessly clean. The bed was soo comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a great thing that we could leave our baggage in the hotel after check as our flight was late in the evening.

Hotel Grand Chancellor was a great place to stay. It was close to the Sky Tower, but not nearly so crowded. All of the places that we wanted to visit in Auckland were walkable. The hotel room was very clean, comfortable and quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful....

La chambre était très confortable et la location est parfaite pour la Sky Tower et le All black expérience. J’ai aussi aimé prendre le déjeuner avec le Sky Tower en arrière plan !!

Das Hotel liegt nur ein paar Minuten vom Skyterminal entfernt (Flughafen Transfer). Der Hafen ist auch fussläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war grandios! Zimmer sind sauber und großzügig. Ich würde hier nochmal ein Zimmer buchen.

First the positives: the food is excellent and the rooms are very nice and clean !! The negative: the AC did NOT work in my room. It took over 5 hours to reach the temperature I set (which was 21 degrees) for me to sleep in. Can you imagine how hot it was before I set it to 21? (I have photos!) I notified the hotel staff and they scheduled someone to come and check it out. Nobody came and there was no indication by the front desk that somebody did or did not come. My sleep was disturbed for several nights because it felt like I was sleeping in a sauna. The hotel was not busy and with these issues, I expected a later check out. The best they gave was noon for my 8:15 pm flight. I’d love to say this was an accommodating hotel, but sadly it wasn’t and our company had booked several rooms there
