전반적으로 깔끔했으나 실외에 모기 등 벌레가 많아 고생은 했습니다. 직원 분들은 친절하고 객실 등은 깨끗했지만 물 제공이 처음 하루만 제공되어 당혹스러웠습니다.

Everything was well presented

Well kept room. Children food needs to be cooked well and not overcooked to waste monies and time. Reception staff were very accommodating. Vehicle hire outsourced needs to be in good safe condition for travellers with kids.

rooms could do with some love and attention and breakfast was average but overall it was fine. Staff lovely. Location was great if you want to get around Apia by walking.

A wonderful property, beautiful gardens. House keeping was a bit variable. Waterbottles were replenished every day but not put in the fridge. I don’t think the room was cleaned daily although the bed was made daily. Great hotel and staff. Walking distance from town. Good food. Great breakfast.

the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and spacious. The pool and bar area was amazing. The Fia Fia night was awesome to watch! Would happily come back here.

Thank you for our wonderful stay at Tanoa. Personally we enjoyed how the hotel has maintained an island integrity vibe with lush gardens and palm trees make a very relaxing atmosphere. No fuss - just relaxation.
