퀸 빅토리아 마켓과 플래그스태프 공원 근처에 있어서 정말 좋은 경험이었어요. 멜버른에서 며칠 더 머물 예정이라 이 호텔을 예약했는데, 예산은 괜찮은 편이에요. 아이 유모차를 끌고 가기 때문에 경사로가 있어서 정말 편리했어요.

친절하고 열정적이며 세심한 직원

호텔은 깨끗하고 가성비가 훌륭했습니다. 침실이 두 개였는데 넓고 멋지게 꾸며져 있었습니다. 직원들은 체크인과 체크아웃 시 친절했고, 체크아웃 시 짐도 쉽게 맡길 수 있었습니다. 숙박 중 유일한 단점은 어느 날 밤 엘리베이터가 고장 나서 19층에 있는 객실까지 계단 세 층을 오르내려야 했다는 것입니다. 그래도 밤새 엘리베이터를 수리해 주었습니다.

위치가 좋고, 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 레스토랑이 많고, 프런트 직원은 매우 친절합니다.

이곳 멜버른에 사는 것은 정말 즐거운 일입니다. ICV 모스크, QVM 및 플래그스태프 역과 매우 가깝습니다. CBD 끝에는 여전히 무료 트램이 있습니다(거기까지 조금 걸어가야 하지만). 미니 마켓과 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 여기 있어도 괜찮습니다. 게다가 스토브와 조리기구도 우리가 멜버른에서 5일을 버틸 수 있을 만큼 충분했습니다.

Nice and good hotel apartement.

+ Room spacious, we're happy enough with the kitchenette with water cooker, fridge, microwave and tools. Toilet, toiletries, shower are good. Heater is good. Didn't use the TV. Closet, hairdryer are good. Iron & iron bar provided but not used. Location is good, only a minute walk to groceries, qvm and free tram stop.- gym is very small. Only accommodate few person. Bed too soft and has to be replaced. Room cleaning didn't include washing cups, plates, spoons that we put in the kitchen sink, they're just left unwashed. Also a pice of tissue on the floor was still where it was, means they didn't vacuum clean the floor. Deposit policy has to be reviewed again, they requested me to put cash deposit of aud 200 because I couldn't make a credit card deposit (which is aud 100 = half amount of the cash deposit). What's the problem with cash deposit? Why they have to double the amount? We're travelling and we might be tight in cash. If you want cash deposit, you should ask the same amount as CC deposit. Cash is still a legitimate way of paying. And having a CC is not a must at all in order to live this life, right?

I was happy that the accommodation was upgraded to a 2br unit for a minimal cost. It was spacious and clean.

Location is strategic, 5 minutes walk to QVM and Flagstaff station. Clean and nice apartment, spacious room suitable for family.

Very nice and comfortable! The room was spacious with complete amenities, nice view and great service! The only downside was there is no heater/aircon inside the bedroom. Only 1 heater/aircon outside in the living room.

I think all the employees should carry a smiling face to make customers feel welcome. Be genuine to help, that is the basic for a hotelier. Location is not as good as it was mentioned in the review (only plus point I see it's that the hotel is behind Queen Victoria market) it's still far from Melbourne Central.
