Excellent luxurious hotel.

Very special part of the world & the property was a great place to stay to enjoy it

A pleasant hotel with a great location close to Lake Louise. However, the welcome we received was rather cold, which is not what I would expect from a Relais & Châteaux property. One particular lady, whose first name starts with a V and who wears glasses (I do not wish to engage in any form of name-shaming), could benefit from smiling a little more and showing a bit more interest when interacting with guests. She seemed visibly bored, which did not leave a very positive impression. Another aspect I did not appreciate was the volume of the piano music next to the lounge area with the fireplace. I would have liked to spend more time there, as it is a lovely space, but the music was so loud that I found it difficult to enjoy. Holding a conversation with that level of background noise was nearly impossible. We had dinner at the restaurant, and the cuisine was excellent. The food was truly outstanding and was one of the highlights of our stay.

From check in to check out the hotel was a gem. The staff are truly special and go the extra steps to make your stay special. From the moment they open the door for you the place feels special. We ate at the pub both evenings, the food was well prepared and delicious. The price was more than reasonable and the quality and quantity were perfect. The wait staff were well informed, very friendly and genuinely interested in how our holiday was going. The shuttle they provided to the lake was an unexpected bonus. It made the day much easier. We decided that our next trip to Lake Louise in 2 years we will be staying at the Post Hotel. 10/10.

Great rustic charm and fantastic location.

Everything was fantastic. A fridge in the room would make it perfect.

Traditional lodge style accommodation. Good location, close to Lake Louise. Friendly staff. No fridge or microwave. Fine ding in the hotel and nearby pub. There’s a bridge over the creek that leads to the mall for dining and shopping and Visitor Center.

A very nice hotel, nice pool, nice steam room, nice restaurants, nice staff.

Great stay, beautiful area and everything you’d need

So we arrived after traveling and the ambience and service was amazing. River front room, tea time, comfortable bed, amazing hot tub in a nice Spa atmosphere and a great lounger with good appetizers for dinner. We loved it sooo much we left our “already paid” hotel to return for another night. That speaks volumes. Thanks Victoria, Rose and ALL the amazing staff for such great service!!!

The pub food was terrible! Everything was overpriced and overcooked

The entire Post Hotel experience was like living in a fantasy! Everything from the charming vibe to the incredible food was sublime! Be sure you visit the library while you are there! And the dining room was a complete 5-star experience!! Highly recommend staying here!

Great dinner. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The great parts... staff, rustic lodge feel, surrounding geography, attached restaurant and bar, afternoon tea, complimentary coffee station just outside our room. Pool, gym, hot tub and steam were nice. The room was quaint, and matched vibe of hotel, but was admittedly a bit tired looking. Still a wonderful little get away for us!

Beautiful property, right next to Samson Mall. Lots of parking at hotel, chairs in room should be cleaned but the balcony was lovely and super spacious bathroom. Pillows definitely a highlight. Staff were very nice ! I recommend staying for a Beautiful lake louise vacation.

Old time mountain comfort without being pretentious

Rooms were nice building was very nice there was a train that went bye every few hourse but u didn’t really see it and with the doors closed u didn’t notice it mutch
