We had a great weekend! My friend and our daughters spent the night and it was everything we needed and more. We wished we stayed longer. Breakfast, indoor pool and very clean. 👌 Restaurants 3 min away.

If you’re looking for somewhere to spend time at that has everything you need plus is close to everything within distance, this is the place to stay at. Will be looking forward to staying here on our next trip back!

Was nice that they changed up the breakfast both mornings. Confusing that there are two hotels linked together with one at the back of the property. The pool is a significant walk into the other hotel. seperate scan spots for each hotel to get into the pool was confusing.

The staff were brilliant and very friendly. There was everything you could want in a hotel room and more. There were two double beds and a double size fold-out sofa, a fridge freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher in the room. There was also free 24 hour tea and coffee in the lobby and free buffet breakfast in the seating area next to the lobby. The room was cleaned every other day and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.

Showed up for our stay and all the power was off in the hotel. Had to wait in the lobby while the manager verified our booking at the Doubletree next door. We had to be manually let into our room and didn’t get our key until sometime later. Even though our stay was for two days, the front desk staff only made our keys available for one day. We both had to get them rekeyed after day 1. Food was “okay”. No real amenities other than a workout room. I would probably book at the Doubletree next time, as they had way more food, drink options as well as more amenities.

Great breakfast, clean room

Love the amenities for the price. The kitchenette was really clean and had all the basics. Staff was very helpful and even offered cold water at check-in on a hot day. Hope to have a reason to return to Kitchener overnight so I can book this hotel again!

The breakfast buffet had many great choices. The room was clean, modern and well appointed. The bed was comfy. The staff were all friendly, shout out to Andrew on the night desk.

I used this hotel a few times a year when I come for business.

Missed the Keurig. I’m a coffee snob and hotel room coffee was terrible. LOVED everything else about hotel.

The place we stayed was excellent in most every way. We did find a long black hair on a white towel when we arrived but we didn't need that anyway . Thanks for keeping this Hotel in great condition. Our second stay there in the last two years.

Room had a full kitchen. Liked the cozy bar and friendly bartender. Good breakfast, in a spacious dining area. All areas very clean, lots of towels in the room. I would recommend this hotel.

We only stayed one night and booked thru Expedia. We thought we had booked at the Hotel in front, but it was fine where we stayed. Thank you

Hotel check in location is extremely difficult to find and misled Guest to first stop at double tree which is located adjacent to it. Front desk staff was not too friendly at first and not too helpful. Breakfast quality is a bit below standard. The bed is a bit hard and not too comfortable. The pool is not on site and need to go to the adjacent double tree hotel. Room appliances and utensils are not thoroughly cleaned. The GYM facilities are good and modern. My suite is sizeable however it is located very far from the elevator.
