The location offer a perfect calm and relaxing expérience. With an incredible mountain view. The staff is incredibly kind and helpfull with all activity. They offer ou a transport option. We tried 2 types of rooms both was incredible but the superior room for 4 pax has a stunning view. Even if it's foggy it's a perfect experience !

The property is very beautiful and unique, staff was super helpful. The only shortcomings is the breakfast, everyday has the same limited menu.

Le personnel est très serviable, sympathique et aux petits soins. Le cadre au milieu de la montagne est agréable. Néanmoins, la position est vraiment isolée, ce qui interdit toute sortie une fois que l’on est rentré à l’hôtel. Le restaurant a un rapport qualité prix trop élevé. La chambre spacieuse et bien décorée avait malheureusement un degré d’humidité incroyable. Tous les effets et vêtements ont été imprégnés par cette humidité.

Amazing experience at Celestial Valley. The service from pre arrival, to airport pickup, to our 2 night stay, all the way to the dropoff at the station was incredible, everyone at the hotel was so welcoming and friendly. They helped us with everything via wechat and arranged all park tickets and transportation for everywhere we needed to go. The room and views were spectacular, and looked exactly like the hotels.com photos. We couldn’t have imagined a better stay. John in particular was very helpful as he spoke English, but all the other staff too were always able to step in and support right away.

No es el clásico hotel, es un lugar cálido, una villa hermosa en medio de las montañas, con vistas fantásticas, buen desayuno, la atención al detalle, cuartos grandes y cálidos, lo mejor son ellos, las personas que te atienden hacen siempre todo para que lo pases de lujo. Ellos nos llevaron a los parques, a los dos pueblos, tramitaron nuestras reservas y se encargaron de que pasáramos los mejores días en China. MUCHAS GRACIAS !!!!

This is one of the most wonderful places I have ever stayed in my life! Very clean with friendly staff and cute animals roaming around. The views are absolutely spectacular! Would stay again and would definitely recommend to any friends or family.

Exceptional staff, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the mountains, in a very quiet area. An island of peace after travelling through China. They have their own drivers in stand by that charge like Didi. I highly recommend this place.

This property was magical! Away from bustle, it feels private and vast. It’s the perfect place to be for peace, quiet and serenity. I can’t rave more about this place!

View is incredible much better than I ever expected. Room was incredible too, but the best thing about it was the staff, especially Mido, who went the extra mile doing things way out his convenience for us to make our stay extra special by arranging food at inconvenient times aswell as arranging transfers to and from attractions.

This is seriously one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff were absolutely incredible -- they helped plan out my itinerary, arranged all the tickets, provided transportation. They didn't get into any games if up selling stuff. Everything was just honest support. The rooms and views were spectacular. Super clean. I rarely give reviews but the staff here are deserving of recognition. Absolutely one of the best places I've stayed.

Todella kaunis majoituspaikka ja ystävällinen sekä avulias henkilökunta. Ilmainen kuljetus saavuttaessa majoitukseen ja pois lähdettäessä rautatieasemalle. Saimme kuljetukset myös muihin lähellä oleviin kohteisiin. Ateriat oli mahdollista nauttia myös omassa huoneessa. Pyydettäessä tarjoiltiin myös teetä ja pientä naposteltavaa. Pihalla olevat koirat valloittivat sydämen.

This is a very good B&B. You can taste the local specialties, and the housekeeper is very attentive and considerate. The environment of the B&B is very beautiful. You can see the whole mountain view from the room, and there are many cats and dogs, which are very cute. Highly recommended!
