Amazing indoor Spa and Pool Great Service!

Personnel non polyglotte comme décrit sur site, aucun effort de langue de la part de la réceptionniste qui montrait sans gêne des signe d'exaspérations à chaque fois que je la sollicitait...la piscine est accessible uniquement s'il n'y a pas aquagym qui et ouvert aux clients extérieurs à l'établissement, ainsi en tant que client on doit attendre parfois 20 ou 21h00 et l'accès est fermé à 22h00....le restaurant n'est pas sur place mais en face de l'autre côté de la rue et relativement cher...j'ai vraiment eu un mauvais ressenti dès lors de mon enregistrement à l'arrivée le premier soir, qui a même provoquer des moqueries de la part de clients allemand présents à l'accueil...enfin, la chambre a été nettoyer 1 fois lors de mon séjour de 4 nuits...

We loved the wellness in the basement. Sauna, Turkish bath and pool were all very nice. We were however surprised by the fact that the steam room stopped at 9 p.m., while the wellness was supposed to be open until 10 p.m. But since we were already wrapping up, that in itself was not a major inconvenience. The room was spacious and fine. Little view from the room, but you can't always be lucky with that! We didn't use the hotel's restaurant, so we don't have a review on that.

There aren't a ton of options in Archen, but I was there unexpectedly with a motorcycle breakdown. This hotel was clean and worked perfectly for me. There are dining options within walking distance and I enjoyed their covered outdoor space in the front during a thunderstorm last night!
