A lovely stay in the accessible room. Had everything you could want. A delicious breakfast was served in the morning. Very helpful staff allowing us to pick up the key early as we were there for a wedding. Highly recommend The Grove House Hotel

A frequent comment I have is that a double room is not provided with 2 chairs. Our room was compact, similarly the bathroom. We could unpack, a positive to me. When staying a few nights, I do not want to live out of a suitcase. Lack of towel rails to hang used towels to dry.

On busy road but walking distance of Woodbridge centre and room at back so noise by a problem Be aware that private bathroom does not mean en suite.

A nice welcome to the Hotel. The room was clean and attractive and I liked the shower. Breakfast was hot and well served. We opted for the evening meal for our short stay and was 'home cooking' style . There is a bar so we could order drinks with the meal.

The property has a nice British character. The welcoming was poor. I checked in at about 12.30pm and the check in was at 3pm. I did not know about it and I was charged for an early booking. I never had that before. That made my one night there very expensive.

Very large room and bathroom. Surprisingly quiet considering it was at the front beside the main road. Conveniently located with good parking. Breakfast was very basic.

This hotel suited us for a one night stay. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean, very efficient shower, breakfast good. Some noise from nearby road but only to be expected from a busy main A road.

Good overnight stay , room very spacious and also bathroom. Duvet covers were quite heavy for mid summer.

Stayed here for a family event with my extended family. The room was spotless if a little dated. The bathroom was also exceptionally clean and the shower worked well. It does need a little investment, the furniture and furnishings are tired. Breakfast was good if limited in choice. All the team were pleasant. If you're looking for a comfortable, unflashy stay this hotel perfect.

Staff were great and accommodating but it’s expensive for what it was.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable but very basic. Room was very small and shower cubicle very small. Could hear someone's television until 3am which was annoying. We could only have breakfast between 7.30am and 8.20am which doesn't give you much time really and once we said 8am we couldn't change the time. It seemed to be just a business with no friendliness attached. The breakfast was ok but sausage was undercooked and herby which wasn't nice so we all left the sausage. The toast was just bought out without asking if we would like white or brown and quiet a few pieces were crusts which we don't like, probably just getting rid of the stale ends. We asked for more tea and didn't get it. We asked for more toast but it came once we had all finished.
