Really good location, pretty close to all the hot spots and the room was nice, clean and comfortable

Spacious room and clean and tidy. Great location

The room was small but warm and everything you needed little bit outdated and need of few touch ups remote control didn’t work properly but used tv Buttons. The shower very tiny not really a waterfall shower and the shower door didn’t shut properly so meant less room. Not to far to main town pubs etc . Easy entry and always had quick reply from staff .

We phoned before we booked and were told we would have a ground floor room. When we arrived we had been allocated a room on the third floor. We had to find alternative accommodation and didn’t stay there as we hadn’t got what was agreed. The trip costs us double than anticipated Phil morton

Room was lovely and clean; it was very windy and a cable came loose outside but they fixed it swiftly. I've already booked a few more days there because overall it's the perfect place for me. I like the hassle free check in with door codes emailed before arrival.

The room was awful, the floor uneven and absolutely nothing like the photo, the bed was on a slant from the headboard down to our feet. The sheets on the bed were not large enough to tuck in so ended up all over the place. From the second morning we put the make up our room dign out but nothing ever done including having to buy toilet roll, I contacted the available number and left some messages but no reply. It was advertised as a sea view as long as you put your head put the window far enough you could just about see the sea. It was a short walk down to the sea front and there were plenty of lical shops thankfully so we couod buy more tea bags, milk and toilet roll.

It's Brighton, so not far from anything. Close to the Lanes. They have a discount deal with a local restaurant but you have to ask for it. The onsuite single room was small but I was there to sleep not entertain, so that was okay for me. The only slight negative was that it was not very dark when the lights went out. But as I said earlier was asleep at night so only a little negative.

Our second time staying in this hotel, great location and great price.

Lovely stay Great location just 2 minutes walk from the beach and City centre Spacious room clean, room was on the top floor with shared bathroom but that was my choice Bathroom was always clean even when shared between 3 rooms and spacious too No lifts but they do have room on the ground Daily room cleaning on request Only negative was the No reception desk if anything is needed you need to contact them via email or an app Blind in room didn’t do anything to protect you from the daylight so as soon as the sunrise your room was bright Would definitely book again as price, Room and location were fantastic Could do with a fridge and microwave access as I was there for 4 days

Great location in Brighton however no locks on windows so no security, lots of noise from other guests opening and closing doors to their rooms and main front door

The pictures of the accommodation must have been taken when the property was first decorated 20 years ago. On opening the front door all we saw was a dirty thread bear red carpet. The tap in the en suite would never turn off fully. While the location was ideal for the town center we wont be staying there again.

The room was small but perfectly formed! Spotlessly clean and provided everything I needed. Lots of stairs but worth it for the amazing sea view. Bed very comfortable. Window was old and rattled as it was very windy, and I would have preferred more tea/milk sachets but other than that, I can’t fault it. I had a great stay in a perfect location right by the sea and overlooking the park. The 20% off voucher for breakfast from  Table was an added bonus.
