숙소도 깨끗하고 직원들도 칭찬해드리고싶습니다 진짜 가성비도좋고 이가격에 이런숙소라니 너무좋네요 마레지구도가깝고 진짜 강하게 추천드립니다.

레지던스형 호텔은 파리에서 처음경험해보는데요. 아주 좋았습니다. 깨끗하고 따뜻하고 편했어요. 다만 와이파이가 좀 느렸습니다.

아이둘과 함께한 여행으로 최고였습니다 주방시설도 깔끔하고 마트도 앞에 있고 지하철도 가까워서 모든면이 마음에 들었습니다. 다만 소파베드를 펴면 너무 좁아서 밥 먹을때마다 열었다 폈다하는게 좀 불편한거빼고는 모든게 만족스러웠습니다

Lovely little studio apartment in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, great location

Super clean. Simple check in. Helpful staff. The best part is that the rooms had air conditioning, which was wonderful during the heat wave. Rooms were modern and large. Marais district was great.

Great location, other than the noisy street. Lots of sirens. Everything new and clean inside and enjoyed the small deck. Was nice to use the mini kitchenette. Could use some wash clothes and oven mitts. Service was great, very responsive. Could use WhatsApp to communicate.

Location, convenience, amenities, comfort…this place has a laundry room and you can wash your clothes as needed…fabulous!!!

De uma maneira geral gostei do apart e da estadia e da localização. O sistema de funcionamento é bem ágil e prático. O que me incomodou foi o ruído, apesar de ser anunciado vidros anti ruído tinha barulho do tráfego no quarto que dava para a avenida e no quarto de fundos tinha o barulho de um gerador que me incomodou bastante. Eu estava hospedada no segundo andar. Ficaria no apart de novo mas em um andar mais alto devido ao ruído.

I stayed here for one week in May 2026. I communicated with the property exclusively online. From the point of check in to check out, I didn't interact at all with staff. You are provided a door code for the main door to the property and to your unit. I found this to be a little worrisome because I don't know how unique the codes are to the rooms or what would happen if there was a power outage. I found that the first night I was here, it was extremely loud. It seems that the location is right on a main road and there are often noises from the "public" that can keep you up - between people yelling, sirens, etc. it can be hard to get the best sleep ever. The rooms are nice enough but it seemed pretty steep to get the rooms serviced to get sheets changed, or really anything else. I found the property to be pretty minimalistic - it's essentially hallways of rooms next to each other. There is very little lobby or other space (there is a gym) but not much else. They will charge you for additional luggage storage, coffee, creamer, etc. There seems to be a lot of nickle and diming. Next time, I'd pick a traditional hotel.

The staff was very helpful, communication was great via email and through the online check in and check out process. Property is well located. I would recommend saying hello to the person at the front area before going to the room as there are signs with info that I wish I had the first day. For example, the room does not have a luggage rack but you can ask for one. Great experience overall. Thank you.

Nyrenoverat och jättefräscht rum (506), bra läge nära Metro och matbutik. Hjälpsam personal (tv-kontrollen funkade inte). Helt ok bäddfåtölj. Litet o bra pentry. Balkongdörrar för vädring o pytte balkong. Bra bagagerum som fick användas fritt för/efter in/utcheckning och kändes säkert med övervakningskamera och separat hiss lite längre in i lokalen. Enda minuset är att vi fick kramp i fingrarna vid användning av hårfönen. Rekommenderar!

Had everything one would need during their stay in France including a sizeable freezer that can fit up to 14 bricks of beurre. Very close to the mall and train as well

Great location, beautiful apartment that was exactly as shown in pictures. We loved having the little balcony and found the suite very comfortable for 3 adults.

The beginning of my stay did not start out well as the Superior Apartment I had paid for was not available. I had to stay in a studio for the first night, and it was ok, but again not ideal. Then the air conditioning didn't work at first, but they fixed it and it worked again... Until it didn't. So I had to sleep one night with my windows open... In Paris... Which is loud. The staff was very nice and accommodating and they did their best, but it was really disappointing. The location is really good though with access to the Metro at the end of the corner.
