If you’ve ever traveled outside of the US, you know how booking accommodations can go sideways. This place will save you if in a bind!!

Room was fine. Nice lady at reception. It was a double room, but only had one towel. Difficult transition to spa area. Breakfast was a disaster. No silverware, no napkins. Eggs cold. Sadly a biker group from uk had taken all the food.

Absolutely the worst of service. Charged full price, even though the room was prebooked and prepaid. Breakfast was of the lowest class. No bar, no restaurant and absolutely not any good service. Basicly arrogant and not a smile to see anywhere. Management can not understand managing the premises! Never again. Stay clear!

Zimmer war sauber und funtionell gut eingerichtet. Parkmöglichkrit in Parkgarage war sehr gut zu erreichen. Da ein Besuch des Indoorpools einen Aufpreis bon 17€ pro Person bedeutet hätte, haben wir darauf verzichtet. Wir dachten als Hotelgast wäre der Eintritt inklusive. Ist bei uns nicht angekommen über die Beschreibung!!! Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber auch nichts Besonderes. Alles sehr reduziert ohne besonderen Charme.

Great location and fantastic thermal spa. A bit simple breakfast and cold design in the reception area, but the overall experience great. Would come again, both with or without kids.

Buena ubicación. Buena relación calidad precio. Solo tuve un problema con la recarga eléctrica que no recargo correctamente.

In vielen Hinsichten ist es ein sehr gutes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber alle Hotelanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Das Personal steht sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Egal ob als Einzelperson oder als Paar beziehungsweise als Familie ist dieses Hotel zu empfehlen. Die Parkplätze im Parkhaus unter dem Hotel sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Betten in der Mitte gerne auseinander rollen, sowie das Frühstücksbuffet nicht sehr empfehlenswert ist.

Accueil agréable chambre propre et spacieuse Un reproche sauf erreur petit dej à 32€ c’est totalement exagéré par rapport à ce qu’on voit ailleurs pour ce prix Sinon très bien pour le reste d’autant que c’est très calme

Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal freundlich, die Parkplätze schwer zu finden. Beim Frühstücksbuffet haben Eier gefehlt.

Etablissement propre, proche cente ville

Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Parking war super, konnten sogar unser E-Auto laden. Das Hotel ist etwas weit vom Zentrum entfernt.

Schönes Hotel mit direktem Zugang zur Therme . Doch Vorsicht alle "Extras" kosten auch extra !

La chambre est silencieuse et propre, la literie confortable et le personnel très accueillant.

Grande et belle chambre, très propre avec une petite cuisine qui peut être très pratique. Accès facilité aux installations aquatiques très propres et très agréables. L’absence de restaurant pour dîner coûte la 5eme étoile de mon appréciation. Il y a néanmoins à proximité un restaurant et un très sympathique bar à vin avec petite restauration et vins excellents. Pour dîner, ouvert le jeudi et vendredi soir.

Petit déjeuner cher pour ce qui est proposé, mais le reste de l’hôtel et la partie aquatique était impeccable
