The softness of the towels was truly beyond imagination. Befitting a luxury hotel, it was wonderful that they cleaned the room even in the afternoon. All the staff were incredibly friendly, and the facilities were absolutely superb. Deciding to stay here was truly the best choice! If I have the opportunity to stay in Nice again, I would choose this place without hesitation :)

후기가 별로 없는 초신상 호텔이라 선택을 고민했었는데 정말이지 잘 했던 선택이었습니다. 메종 알바 덕분이 니스에서의 기억이 너무나도 좋게 남았습니다. 일단 체크인 하면서 방에 같이오셔서 모든걸 설명해주시고 호텔에 자부심을 가지고 계신 느낌이었습니다. 어메니티는 물론 침구류가 정말 환상적이었고, 수건도 도톰하고 화장실의 블루투스 스피커에서 변태같음을 느꼇습니다.온도조절을 어떻게 하는지 소리도 안들리고 건조하지도 않게 조절을 하더라구요 정말 호캉스 최적의 재질입니다. 테라스가 보이는 방이라면 룸서비스는 꼭 한번은 해보시고, 1층에는 샤넬부터 온갖 명품샵이 있어서 호사스러운 루틴을 즐길 수 있습니다.

Es una muy buena opción para alojarse, está muy céntrico y el personal es muy amable!!! Y tiene alberca lo cual muchos en Niza no! Y es importante considerarlo para la temporada de verano! En general todo estuvo muy bien

Very nice stay in the heart of Nice. Surrounded by restaurants, shopping, nice parks, 3 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to Old Nice. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Only negative was, we felt, on our first couple of days at breakfast there seemed to be a shortage of staff, disorganisation, having to ask for things e.g. cups, teaspoons etc, also most empty tables still had dirty dishes on from previous guests, and we had to wait for one to be cleared on more than one occasion. Based on our breakfast experience, we decided not to have dinner in the restaurant. However, we plan to return to Nice later in the year, and would definitely not rule out staying here again.

The property itself was beautiful and overall we had a great stay. Breakfast offered an excellent variety, and the staff throughout the hotel was warm and accommodating. There were just a couple of odd issues worth mentioning. We asked the concierge for directions on two separate occasions, and one time we were sent walking in the complete opposite direction. Another time the directions were extremely vague. It was surprising considering we were asking the hotel staff, not random people on the street. I’d just recommend double checking directions on your phone before heading out. The other strange issue involved the gym. The gym is located on the bottom floor, but there’s apparently no light switch accessible to guests. If the lights are off, you have to go back upstairs and ask the front desk to turn them on. Since there’s only one elevator servicing that level and no other staircase access, you end up waiting around just to get back upstairs and then back down again. It may sound minor, but it felt unnecessarily inconvenient and very odd that guests can’t simply control the lights themselves.

Beautiful hotel and location. Every staff member was absolutely outstanding. The rooftop restaurant was delicious with the most amazing views.

Edificio impecable. Instalaciones de primer nivel. El SPA es muy bueno y también la piscina temperada. Quizás deberían ampliar la hora de apertura. La atención en el restaurant un poco lenta, pero precioso lugar y buena comida. Personal muy colaborador.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Spa und die Dachterasse sind das Highlight. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel an super lage.

From check in to check out seamless experience! Everyone was extremely kind and the amenities were amazing! Definitely have drinks at the bar and by the pool and make sure to grab dinner. Food was absolutely delicious.!
