동네 자체가 오래된 것처럼 이 건물도 17세기 건물을 호텔로 개조하였습니다. 엘레베이터가 없어 다소 불편할 수 있으나 (대신 여사장님?께서 캐리어를 들어주시려고 함), 내부는 청결하며 나름 신식의 구색을 갖추고 있습니다. 탑층에 위치한 파노라믹뷰 룸에서 숙박했는데, 매우 경치가 아름다웠습니다. 전반적으로 아름다운 하룻밤이었습니다.

유서 깊은 동네 안에 있어 외관은 낡아보이지만 실내디자인은 세련되었고 방은 넓고 조용했다. 트리플룸을 신청했는데 카펫과 가구가 고풍스러웠고 천정도 높았다. 특히 조식은 깔끔하고 커피는 정말 부드러웠다. 아를레 다시 가게 된다면 또 그곳에 묵을 것이다.

중심가에서 가깝고 서비스 모두 만족하였습니다

관광지 중심지에 위치해 이동이편리하지만, 객실에서 냄새가 났고 청결도는 그저 그렇네요. 좁은 골목에 위치해 주차가 어려운것도 단점. 그러나 직원의 서비스는 매우 친절합니다.

아를을 여행한다면 가장 좋은 선택. 유적지 바로 곁에 위치하고 있고 호텔의 시설, 서비스, 가격 모든 면에서 좋은 호텔.

호텔 인테리어가 독특하며 멋지더라구요. 한여름에도 에어컨덕분에 시원했고 시트는 깨끗했을거라 믿어요(??).. 단지 큰길보다 작은 골목으로 들어가야하는데 어두워지니 골목이 무섭더라구요. 그거 빼면 참 멋진 호텔이었습니다.

Noisy heater fan. Even with noise, it does not warm up room. Looks not working properly. My junior sweet room was too dark with a curtained window.

Très bel hôtel idéalement situé. La suite junior est magnifique. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Petit bémol pour les personnes à mobilité réduite: La plupart des chambres sont malheureusement très difficiles d'accès du fait de la hauteur des étages et de l'absence d'ascenseur

Room was tiny. Bathroom did not have ceiling, so the odors were shared with bedroom 💩 The staff was owe full and absolutely full of themselves, Cold, cynic and extremely rude Horrible experience !

Unique property. Our room was very small and on the second floor up narrow stairs. Staff were somewhat friendly but did not offer any assistance with suitcases. Hand soap container in bathroom was empty. There was a heat pump unit in the room but even though we attempted to turn it on to provide some heat, it did not work so we were cold during the night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is excellent, the whirlpool tub was a nice surprise. Breakfast was hands down the best we had on our trip.

Our room was on the third floor. No elevator so plan on traveling lightly. Not a problem for us but request a lower room if you have mobility issues. The staff was helpful with advoce on what to do in Arles. Breakfast was worth the cost and not to be missed.

The room was terrific although the airconditioning was a bit noisy. Note that there is no elevator nor is there a guest self laundry in this hotel. It is a charming building built in the 1600s with nicely renovated bathrooms and comfortable beds. We didn’t try the breakfast and the coffee was a push button type so also didn’t try. As it is located down a dark, and not well travelled road I wouldn’t have wanted to stay there as a single person but my adult daughter and I managed fine.we were steps from the Roman amphitheatre and ruins. Near to the Saturday market and loads of coffee and other shops and restaurants. Be prepared for lots of stairs. I find if you book through an app such as this we always end up on the top floor and this meant 72 steps to our room! The clerk kindly carried my suitcase up and down. At my age I can’t do that.

Sentral beliggenhet. Sjarmerende rom, men litt utdaterte og små. Dyr frokost, så vi spiste heller ute. Anbefales dersom man ønsker å bo midt i byen.

Charming old building near the Amphitheatre (as you'd expect). Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room on ground floor. Only problem was lack of storage: a short hanging rail but no drawers or cupboards, which would have been awkward if we'd been staying for longer than two nights. Good breakfast with particularly good coffee.

The hotel was a great location, but rooms smelled like mildew, don’t know if that’s because the building is so old or what. The bed was just ok and there was hardly any storage for clothes etc. we stayed in room 3 so maybe other rooms were better, but we had friends staying in another room and they also didn’t have much storage either. Loved Arles, but would stay somewhere else next time.

Reduced room size but that is the way rooms in the old city are here and all Europe. We enjoyed our stay, hotel has a superb location with great staff

Sono stato in una camera a piano terra nella dependance, gradevole ma probabilmente nel corpo principale le camere sono migliori. Il parcheggio è in convenzione con il parcheggio del centro città. L’area è pedonabile non raggiungibile in auto. Letto comodo colazione abbondante personale corretto. Vicino a tutte le attrazioni della città
