The owner was brilliant on arrival and explained everything and recommended places to eat near by. There was a good band on Friday night. Proper oldy worldly pub.

The Oddfellows Arms is exactly what it portrays itself to be. No, it's not a luxury hotel, doesn't have every mod con and amenity but it is a very comfortable place and I thought Peter the manager and the rest of the people were among the highlights of the trip. Two highlights: regular karaoke nights - but the customers can actually sing, a real treat (to my surprise) and the daily breakfast (in which you get to cook your own fresh food) was fantastic. So I'll say thanks for an enjoyable visit.

The property is not for family, not the same pictures shown on the site. We got there and didn’t stay. We had to stay somewhere else. The guy running the place was friendly.

Spent 3 nights here for parklife . Excellent amenities. Lovely room spacious and clean . Staff were very informative and friendly . Breakfast good selection and open till 11 ! What a bonus . Thank you for our stay. Hope to see you next year !

Peter was super helpful and informative, explained all the security measures and where to find everything, as well as how breakfast worked. He explained where to find local eateries and recommended the best ones, as well as where to find the nearest supermarkets. He told us that it was karaoke night and that there would be some noise.

I had a wonderful time here! Best service I have had in a long time. I had the single room and it was clean and comfortable; rest can be said to all the other facilities. Also had a better breakfast spread that i have seen in most hotels that I have stayed in. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent value for money. We stayed in a double room which had a huge TV, comfortable bed, sink and lots of storage. Only 20 mins from our airport parking but if you speak to Peter the manager he can give you advice on parking locally for less. Peter was very friendly and we really rated the breakfast. Highly recommended.

Me and my friend stayed here for the Comicon at BEC Arena. The hotel was 15 minutes away, which cost about £16 in an Uber. There was parking on the street, and we had no issues finding the address. The landlord is incredibly kind, and super helpful. The landlord truly helped make our stay enjoyable. As well as Adam, the front of house staff. Though me and my friend turned up dressed up as Chucky the Doll, the staff (and the locals) were incredibly friendly and helped us make memories which will last me and my friend a life time. For the pricing, we could not complain at all. Thank you so much for having us, hopefully we will see you again at the next comicon! :) :) :)

Peter is a good man helpful in lots of ways but if you won't a hotel with hotel standards then the odfellowes might not be for you in my opinion it is a hostle cheep and cheerful

Clean, felt really welcomed. Staff were so nice, Peter is lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing is too much trouble for them, so friendly, felt really relaxed and food is really good.

Came to Manchester for a concert and stayed here just for the night. Peter was such a great host. He’s really friendly, considerate and helpful. Obviously not much to do around the area but it’s a good stay for just one night. The rooms are clean but the toilet was just really cold

Todo bien,excepto que el colchón que me tocó en suerte estaba en MUY mal estado (rechinaba,era informe y los muelles estaban destrozados) Recomendaría que cambiara los colchones en MUY mal estado como este porque de pasar una buena noche a una mala noche y dar por ello una mala valoración va un paso

It is a budget hotel, but as such it was as expected. The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful.

Thanks for a pleasant stay . Comfortable bed and a buffet/ breakfast and if you wished you could cook bacon and egg.
