A terrific stay from start to finish! Cannot fault The Ness at all! I was given a free upgrade to Room 11 and my room was superb, I honestly didn't want to go home and I'm now looking at when I can go back. Thank you all.

Excellent room and food

Very comfortable quiet room. We ate in the hotel on the first night and the food was excellent. The staff are all very friendly and there is a relaxed vibe. They don’t have many rooms so nothing felt crowded.

our room was not i the main building. However, the annex was charming; the room spacious and original.

Lovely location but wasted on company like this. Not enough staff to operate properly. Not clean, poor quality food, room on edge of misrepresentation. Cold poached egg on warm toast was very special….

Brilliant location, on the headland with views of the sea from the restaurant and our bedroom. Staff very friendly, excellent gluten free options particularly the cinnamon cheesecake! and they willingly let us use their big white towels on the beach when we didn't bring our own. Really lovely 2 day visit.

We had a wonderful stay at The Ness, our room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable with a picturesque view of the sea. The staff were welcoming and very helpful and the breakfast was delicious!!

The reception staff (both ladies) were fabulous & so helpful, accommodating & friendly!!

Super stay at The Ness. Lovely room with balcony, luxurious bathroom, fantastic views of Teignmouth Bay. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Friendly staff and easy walk down into Shaldon. Hope to come back soon!

Lovely stay at the Ness House, grand building, nicely done out, really lovely staff and great food. Walkable to Shaldon and Teignmouth. Our room had a long balcony and estuary views, really loved our stay here
