I stayed in the Hideout suite the night before my wedding. It didn't disappoint, absolutely stunning. So airy, bright and furnished to a very high standard. My room had a hot tub included and what made it amazing it was outside but you think you was outside. You can see the sea perfectly too. My sleep was amazing because the bed and linen was so soft and comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud perfect. The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you, nothing was an issue or a problem. Amazing We even had dinner there at The Pearly Cow. Staff are on point and very nice, the meals are amazing full of flavour and different plates to choose from. We had a mixture of different ones like a tapas. It was busy but the atmosphere is great. We did have a power cut for about 15 mins, but wasn't a problem everyone just chatted to each other across tables. Check in and out was great no problems very straight forward. Placed right on the sea front with parking round the corner. Its perfect, i really enjoyed my stay here and made the start of my wedding day unforgettable. Highly recommend staying here, I will be booking again very soon. 5 star plus and more.

It was an excellent stay. Loved all the little analog details, like the record player, post card, radio, newspaper. Plan to go back.

Lovely staff throughout the property! I was able to check in early after a long journey on a very hot day, which was greatly appreciated. Amenities are stellar, I will definitely be back and book in to the spa next time!

Firmly one of my favourite spots to say in Brighton. From the staff, to the decor, the vibe and the beautiful rooms. You never leave feeling anything but happy. It's got a wonderful feel to it and the staff are excellent. Always my go to when I have to stay over for work. Highly recommend. And cocktails and food are a bit special too!

No 124 Guesthouse was simply amazing!! My daughter had the time of her life! The room and all the snacks in the pantry made her stay even more memorable!

Stayed in an upgraded room with a stunning bay window overlooking the sea and the old Brighton pier — absolutely worth it. The room itself was beautifully designed with gorgeous interiors, great décor, and a curated selection of books. The 24/7 pick & mix sweet station was a brilliant touch. Breakfast was fantastic, staff were genuinely warm and friendly, and the product quality throughout was exceptional. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

We stayed in a large room with a sea view, it didn’t disappoint! The room was immaculate and the view was beautiful. The staff were friendly and gave us a warm welcome, and also gave a great brunch recommendation. We had cocktails in the hotel bar which were really good and the bar staff are more than happy to make any cocktail of your choice if you don’t fancy what’s on the current menu. I will definitely be coming back for another stay at this hotel and will recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxed hotel stay with a boutique feel.
