Not like no hot water. Cold sink tap not working. No tea coffee in room. No breakast?

Dreadful had no booking and were full but told someone else there were two rooms a viable. Rude unhelpful wouldn’t call hotels.com . Two women walked out because of the state of the place and let me have their room. £75 was a joke for that place you should take it off your rosta No towels and stunk of smoke

Nobody on site so no access to bar no breakfast tbf they sent someone to let us check in early but charged to park car overnight,comfy beds big bath and netflix on so sort of ok
