The usual standard of room and friendly check-in, but an unfortunate experience on the first night when the fire alarm went off at around 1:50am. The person on duty was clueless, didn't make himself known, didn't know how to operate the fire alarm panel, and made no attempt to evacuate guests from the building. It was a guest who eventually silenced the alarm and reset it, and we were then left in the dark as to whether it was a false alarm and if it was safe to go back to bed. To make matters worse, when I finally got back to sleep I awoke to no heating and lukewarm hot water, which was likely unrelated but the person then on duty knew nothing about the problem.
Clearly some training is required. Otherwise OK
